Maggie, our waitress was GREAT! She was friendly, efficient and fun! The pancakes were HUGE! And delicious! I often don’t want to eat out, because I can make it better at home. This is the first time I enjoyed something as much, maybe even more, than my own cooking! I HIGHLY recommend the “short stack” of pancakes with strawberries and whipped cream…you don’t even need syrup! My husband had two over-medium eggs cooked to PERFECTION, ham and spuds. We loved the spuds! YUM!!! …And the bread (toast), wow, fresh!

My friend group always stops here before we head home from our annual scalloping trip and it is one of the highlights. The food is always great, even when the kitchen is busy and in a crunch the food comes out fresh and delicious. The service is impeccable and we always see the owner on the floor helping his staff and greeting tables in a sincere way. Not the annoying corporate restaurant type of way. 10/10 would recommend Red’s! (Ps, the picture is from the beautiful Lake Breeze cottages just a few minutes down the road)

Honest review!! Biggest pancakes in the United States but…. They are dry and taste like a biscuit. Syrup does not penetrate the pancake at all. $20.00 per person for breakfast. My Wife and 2 kids ate and had sodas and the bill came out to $79.50.

The pancakes are not to be fooled with! They are huge!! And delicious . Our waitress Maggie was lovely. The restaurant itself is really neat, but the best part was in the front they had a koi pond my kids could feed the fish!

The food was soooo good! Such a cozy, friendly little gem in Ocala. I had the fried pork sandwich and a bite of my friends fries green tomato sandwich. Delicious!! The seafood chowder was also extremely worth it. We had a table full of kids and everyone was so good to our families. Clean restroom. Love love love!

We sat at the bar (they do not serve alcohol) instead of waiting for a table. The waitress was very pleasant and took our order quickly. The food came out rather quickly & was delicious! My grilled haddock & string beans were seasoned perfectly. Great flavor. We will probably return to try breakfast.
