I don’t come here often but I went the other day as it was a halfway point on a trip and I needed something to eat. It was between morning and lunch rush and there were hardly any cars in the drive thru. I ordered through the app and went inside when it said my order was ready. There were no customers when I went inside and it still took 10 minutes to get my order. I tried to go to the bathroom but walked in and came right out because it was so disgusting. When I got my food my sandwich and drink were perfect but my fries were cold. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten cold fries at any CFA before. I would be hesitant to try this place during busy hours.

They just open their new location I think it’s more convenient for their normal lines at the drive thru, which they’re known for having. As always amazing customer service. Atmosphere is very welcoming. Food is classicly delicious as always.

This is the only Chick-fil-a I’ve ever had poor experiences with. I’m not the type that usually complains, but the food I’ve gotten from this particular Chick-fil-a is very poor quality. The nuggets I bought this evening were charred, hard, and burnt. One of the 8 nuggets was basically just crust.

This Chick-fil-A is what we have learned to expect from Chick-fil-A, everything a fast food restaurant should be. The food was hot and tasty. The drive through was the epitome of efficiency. All the employees I saw were very friendly and acted like the love their job, even standing outside in the blazing heat.

I wish they would listen to you when you order. I asked for 2 four count minis they gave me one. I was charged for 2. I have always had an issue with them listening to my orders. Asking for no pickles on a sandwich due to being allergic they still put them on even when I say I’m allergic. When I send the Sandwich back they just pick the pickles off. Even the pickle juice on the bun will give me a reaction. I’ll add cheese to a sandwich and they don’t add the cheese.

Boy you sure can tell Daniel Jones is no longer the manager at this location. My daily morning breakfast will no longer be at this location. The “new” manager is ALWAYS sitting in the dining room eating while everyone is crashing! No ipads outside ..long lines and wait times and TONS of staff just standing around. The food is terrible hard bread on the chicken minis overcooked chicken!! You have gotten the last of my money. ….what a joke!! 8/2/23 Don’t want to delete the 5 stars…but Chick-fil-A sauce is an issue for me lately. You all use to ask if we wanted it, now the kids taking orders don’t for the most part and 8 out of 10 times I get home and am SO disappointed, no sauce, yes I forgot to ask, but you all conditioned us to not have to think about it, it was part of your routine wrapping up the order ♀️
