Pull in drive thru at Pell City AL branch. It would have been okay to order from speaker but had three people in our lane to take orders. The employees were having an issue with fitting the belt of the ordering machine on one of them. Ignored us to work on the belt. Did not even acknowledge us or say just a minute. Finally just drive off. Worst experience at a Chick-fil-A EVER!!!!!!

They have fresh food they have good attitudes they’re very polite. I cannot say nothing bad about Chick-fil-A besides one thing. They Don’t make expressoes. Otherwise I would leave McDonald’s alone and go straight to chick fil A which I love to anyways and get my medium or large chocolate milkshake with 2. Shots of expresso makes inside of it.
