The customer service was terrible. The people said seven words to me while I was there. I asked for a carne asada burrito because it was recommended by a student. It was the. worst. carne asada burrito. The burrito was mostly refried beans and rice. Also, they put lettuce in the burrito. Who does that?! I guess people who like wilted lettuce. You hear rave reviews of a place, and you think it’s going to be good, but when you get there, it’s absolutely terrible. For $9, I expect something more than $0.60 worth of ingredients. I think I got the reverse discount. There was no pico, guacamole, cheese, sour cream, in the burrito, and that’s okay if there is carne asada in the carne asada burrito. How are you going to give someone a carne asada burrito with no, or as little as no, meat in the thing?! It’s like they took someone else’s left over plate and scraped that into a wrap. I will never go back to this place again. If, I had stayed there to eat, I would’ve thrown it back into the window at them and demanded my money back. I am still going to go back and tell them to their faces how terrible their food was, and that I’m going to tell everyone I know how awful both the food and the customer service are terrible. Who knows, maybe they’re racist and gave me the white guy special. Steer clear of this place which nobody should be craving.
