I ordered the grilled chicken it was delicious. Very moist and good portion size. The atmosphere was busy but the associates were friendly. I was welcomed thanked and invited back. In fact I have never been disappointed at this location. They smile and are enthusiastic about their jobs. They are all dressed neat and clean. I recommend this location 100 %

I ask for my chicken to be cooked hot and fresh. The sandwich was not as good as I get at the concession. Obviously it had been in the wrapper for some time? The fries were warm at best! The salad had grilled chicken and I wanted fresh fried. The salad was also soggy. Had been made for some time. This is not up to standard for Chick fil A! Serve hot fresh chicken and fries is not too much to ask for $10! Same for the $10 salad!

Do you guys honestly think 30 minutes is a good service time to get out a chicken biscuit? Breakfast runs til 1030am that’s pretty straight forward. Lunch pull shouldn’t start until 1045 and not be serviced until 11am. This has always been a problem with the Seneca location. They need a better management team at this location.

I always order the grilled nuggets or the grilled filet from Chick-fil-A. This is the only location that is guaranteed to have it smothered in burnt bits. You’d think that you’d be able to order grilled chicken as the “healthiest” option, but they like to serve it with a nice side of carcinogens. I love cancer with my chicken nuggets. Mind you this was 9am, so do they even clean the grill? Should be done throughout the day, especially for how long it takes to get a grilled item #canyougoparkoverthere?

Always clean, staff friendly and helpful. While I appreciate Chick-fil-A trying to offer gf options for buns please let corporate know the udis bun is horrible. There are other, much better, options that don’t fall apart or have to be stored frozen. Canyon Bakehouse and Scharrs are two. Check out several of the Facebook GF pages, there are many posts about this issue. Thank you.

Service is as fast as you can expect for how busy they always are and I don’t think they’ve ever gotten my order wrong. But WHY, in below freezing weather, do they make the employees stand outside to take drive-thru orders? Especially when there’s a perfectly functioning intercom 5 feet away?? Extremely disappointing to see any restaurant (even fast food) treat their employees that way.

Would only recommend if you’re not hungry in the moment, but plan to be in 45 minutes to an hour.
Quite literally the longest I’ve ever waited for food at any restaurant.. ever. Especially if you mobile order. You can sit in line for 30 minutes and then pull around to parking spot to wait 30 more.
That being said, the staff is very friendly. Someone needs to do their job a little quicker, or maybe learn how to organize orders. It’s not who’s handing me my food, they’re all smiles!

You know I’m so sick of every order the send me on doordash I get a late or violation because of this place they stand around talking like they are at the beach resort laughing playing even the Manger at one point while I waited the 37 minutes for some nuggets and fries they are actually standing there for over 10 minutes smelling each other’s fingers Slowest restaurant in the whole state

The staff is sometimes nice and the food is good but oh my goodness it is not worth the wait. We ordered ahead and even with the mobile thru, we were there for over 30 minutes. And this is not the first time!! It’s always like that. At that point, I could’ve killed and cooked the chicken myself! I will NOT be back. Katie was nice though.

I like how this location uses its limited space to still quickly serve every car in the drive thru. Mobile through would be a nice add since curb side is no longer available. I get it- the logistics of those parking spaces and the through traffic are dangerous for constant in and outs. Maybe those interior spaces would be an option for curbside and use the left inside lane for mobile-through since its the shorter of the two?

This location serves 500 cars an hour, I reckon. That’s their OLD record from the previous location years ago with one lane. (You should follow them on FB…lol)
