Seriously the worst chic fil a I’ve ever been to in my life. They are not like the others. Completely inefficient. Extremely slow. Rude. Literally waited 25 minutes for my biscuit all for them to give me a grilled chicken meal at 9am. Had to go in and get the food I actually ordered. Now after 35 mins I can finally gtfo of this place. For starters the app wasn’t working. I understand technical difficulties are beyond their control. This kept me from using Mt rewards. The fries weren’t full, and also my kids meal was missing a nugget. So needless to say it wasn’t my best experience. However, the staff was very kind!

This location ranks as average for Chick-fil-A. I actually travel a lot we go to different locations often. Almost all locations have friendly staff and long lines. The reason this location got 4 instead of 5 stars is because in the last 3 months, 3 of my orders have either been incorrect or omitted items, and that is not like Chick-fil-A.

Ordered through the app so I could get my points & use rewards. Had it set up to be delivered which goes to DoorDash. My driver showed up to get the food & waited for 25 Mins!! He said nobody would help him & when they finally did they told him “tough luck someone else took the order”. So I contact the store to see if they’re going to replace my food & Allison tells me “No, you chose to gamble with DoorDash so that’s on you”. Real nice for a Christian based company! I wouldn’t recommend.

They need to be more organized the line all the way out in the middle of the road is insane enough to cause wrecks I everytime almost smash into every car. Point blank if you see the line that long go somewhere else it’s not that important to be in the middle of the road for fast food

Went there to get 2 spicy 1 shake 12 nuggets. I like dressing with my nuggets. I ordered 2 bags of dressings . I got to the window n they told me I could only have one because I did not ordered a salad. I told them I use them with my nuggets and if I could pay for the second bag and the lady said no. There was no way to charge me for a second bag. I ended up canceling the nuggets and just took sandwiches . I will start looking around for quick places to eat if this place can’t even give me 2 sides of dressing . They should have a button to buy dressing if one wants an extra one. Kind of upset but more taken aback by the weird policy . Also for almost 10 dollars for 12 nuggets you should be able to get 2 sauces of your choice even if it is salad dressing and if not one should be able to pay for an extra.

Nov 9, 2022 The mobile order lane needs to be turned back into a drive through lane. It is empty while there are literally 11+ cars out on the main road. It is a dark rainy night and an employee is in the drive directing people to the correct lane. Very dangerous for him on a dark, rainy night. Chickfila did such a great job during the pandemic but this is NOT working!!

Great chicken but what happened to the waffle fries? They are never ever crispy anymore when they used to be the best thing ever invented. Since the second drive thru lane was changed to “mobile orders only” lunch time traffic gets backed up into the street waiting to turn in. It is very dangerous and it also takes twice as long. Food sits in the window sweating in that little foil lined bag making the bread soggy. You had a good thing going
