This is why this Chicagoland native typically makes his own thin crust pizza! EPIC FAIL!!!!! I had spent the previous week on out-of-state business and flew home this evening, so there was no way I could make and roll my own dough. Two stars because the flavor was legit Chicago, else it would have been zero to one. When requesting an 18″ thin WELL DONE, I expect it to be WELL DONE. It’s not that hard to make sure the pizza is well done. The pictures say it all. UGH!!!!!!! The pizza bar in DFW is set so low by the likes of Campisi’s, Brooklyn’s, etc, perhaps Rosati’s thinks that they can skate by?

Easily the closest thing to authentic Chicago deep dish. I would definitely rank this right under if not next to the legendary Lou Malnati’s. Crust was perfect and the perfect balance of sauce and toppings. Not greasy at all either. Overall I am very impressed with this quality of pizza. Having been to Chicago and NY countless times, this ranks right up there with the best of the best. The service and friendliness of the staff is top notch as well. Definitely recommend to try their deep dish and antipasto salad.

Love this place, it is AMAZING! I am vegetarian and this is one of the few places that can make vegetarian food taste good. The deep dish pizza is also very filling and one or two pieces is good for dinner. I do recommend this for the taste and not the price, it costs a little too much for a deep dish pizza, but the taste is worth the money!

Alex…. what a great server. Walking in the cashier even stopped what he was doing to run to make sure I was rang it. Then I sat down and served by Alex. Wow! What a breath of fresh air in this world. Such a gentleman, checking up on me without being annoying, even realized I was having a bad night and took even better care of me. The food was fantastic and good portions! Thank you Alex for a wonderful experience.

Horrible experience, paid 26.99 for a 16” Deep dish pizza. As you can see on the picture not a good presentation. I also asked for extra cheese but half of it is missing. Also not a tasteful Pan pizza.

Was recommended this place by a fellow Chicagoan on how good and as close as you could get to back home. First off I ordered 2 deep dish for my family and the presentation was great. The pizza had that deep dish crunchy crust and all the toppings weren’t skimpy. I love the fact that it had plenty of cheese and not like other places around here that hardly put any. The sauce was honestly the best part, it was robust and hearty. The chunks of tomato had my mouth watering. It was more than plenty to feed 8 people and still have left overs for tomorrow. I will definitely recommend this place and also be back soon to try some thin crust!
