I ordered a cool wrap and a fruit bowl for lunch. I ordered in my app for an quick pick up on my lunch break. Let me tell you, the process was so easy and the team members were efficient and I didn’t have to wait for my order. The cool wrap came with avocado ranch dressing that was so delicious… Oh my goodness!! The avacado dressing had a lil kick to it and it was thicker and flavorful. The fruit bowl was filled with fresh fruit. I felt like I was winning with my lunch choices!

Kids running the show horse playing and serving their friends before me .I got a refund and walked out. Never going back. Started when I walked up my order was interrupted by a manager asking the cashier a question and delayed my order. Then a large group of teens were behind me knew a couple employees. They received their order before me and the family in front of me.

CF usually always delivers on everything… however… their refusal to cook my fries well done is a major knock for me. It slows Speed of service is the excuse I got… excuse me, but, if I am paying for the food, I want it the way I want it. This is not McD 1955 where it all comes the same. An extra 30 seconds in a fryer should not be a big deal at all. I am probably one of few that wants them that way.

This is one of the worst chicfila’s in Charleston. The last two times I’ve gone, they’ve messed up something more than forgetting sauces or straws. I went for curbside delivery on a day they weren’t busy and it took them 2x as long as they quoted, the person delivering food continuously asked me if I’d gotten my food, tried to give me someone else’s drinks, and then I had to leave for an appointment before they could manage to get the food out. I tried to call to let them know I had to leave so they wouldn’t try to deliver to curbside but only was able to leave a message. A few min after I left the voicemail, the manager called to not kindly ask where I was bc they had my food ready. When I told her it took twice as long as I was told it would and I had to leave for my appt, she rushed me off the phone. I wasted $25 for two meals, ended up late to my appointment, and my husband and I were starving all day bc that little window was the only chance we had to get food til late in the evening.

This chickfila is quick, efficient and nice enough. However, if you’re like me and like the kale side salad don’t order it here. You’ll get about half or less of the container full of it. When I asked about it, they said that this is the normal amount for kale side (it wasnt always). This is the second time this has happened and the first time I’ve asked but I always get a kale side if I get dinner here.
