Have been coming To this location for many years and lately since the renovation the service and the food have both gone way downhill!!.. The consistency of this location is very poor!.. And here’s a couple photos of recent sandwiches that I just purchased over the last week the pickles were actually almost as big as the dry chicken fillet which measured about 3” x 4” and the buns were stale!!.. Not to mention I have not heard one employee out of about 15 that I have come in contact with at this particular location that have ever said…”My Pleasure!”..What a disappointment That this particular location has gone so downhill with not only the food but their customer service!!.. I would definitely not recommend this location anymore which is really a shame because I live close by and I used to come here at least once a week!!..Really sad!!.. I forgot to add that their menu prices have gone way up so you would definitely think that they would be on top of their game for not only customer service but quality of their food!!

Do not use delivery from this place. Drivers put order on your doorstep and take off. No knock, no ringing doorbell. Spicy chicken sandwich was cold, tough and disgusting and milkshake was like chocolate milk. This is not the first incident. It happened before and management said they were going to talk to delivery driver. Guess that never happened, or they have employees that don’t listen, or don’t care seeing that it has happened again!!!!!

Fast service but I asked for a milkshake with no cherry and they clearly messed up and scooped a whole bunch out and receive it like this with no whipped cream. Definitely disappointed I would have waited to get my order correct, it was not busy.

While the food isn’t something new or different, it’s done nearly flawlessly, and supposedly Chick-fil-A has great service which is… true! Service is fast, employees are super friendly. Both dine in and take out are great. The atmosphere is nice, and the inside feels cozy. I’ve been here countless times, and I can’t recall my order being messed up beyond maybe forgetting to remove pickles once, at all. The menu items I feel, which this is obviously subjective, but are all hits, and no misses. There’s no inconsistency, and in my opinion, anything you get will be good.
