I have never had an issue at this location until they changed ownership. I chose to carry-out my order last week for 50 bonus points through the chick-fil-a app, BIG mistake. I watched as they gave my order to another person and I had to stand there even longer as they remade it. The staff was standing around having conversation instead of helping each other out. Then on top of that, I received the wrong food items and had to go back inside and wait again to receive the correct items. Everyone was walking around and nobody acknowledged me at the registers until I had to ask someone to help me. This week I came back and it wasn’t even busy, but again I had to wait an increased amount of time compared to the previous ownership. I ordered nuggets and you can visibly see the grease. Not sure how much longer I will be visiting this location if this keeps up!

They got our order wrong: instead of one kid getting apple sauce and the other fruit, they both just got fries for a side. But I was really impressed with how clean and well-run this restaurant was. They had fresh flowers on the tables! Where do you still see that anymore?! The staff clearly really cares, and it shows (in taking care of the restaurant, if not in order accuracy!).

I spent $60 for food for 2 people to be delivered. Sauce is vital to Chick-fil-A and I received none of the sauce I ordered. I called the phone number it says to call and was informed that “They are unable to compensate me for the missing sauce.” Thanks. Appreciate ya.

In the drive thru asked 10 mins early for lunch I was told no I have to wait til 10:30. The people working the drive thru were rude and saying things out loud such as you can get a chic biscuit. When I asked to get out of line the preceded to make me go thru the line and wouldn’t let me back out to park, mind you I was the last car. They preceded to make comments and say things while I traveled around the building thru the line.

Always great food – never a long wait. Car lines can get long, making drive-thru less than ideal, but never had an issue picking up inside. Probably the only FF restaurant I’ve ever been to that has yet to mess up my order.

Close inside at 9 now? Really?? I drive a big truck that won’t fit in drivethru’s, needed to wash my hands and use the restroom. Asked for extra sauce and didn’t get any, asked for wet naps and didn’t get any. They rushed the order taking process and didn’t ring me up for the deluxe, there want no cheese on the sandwich either, which was a small piece of chicken, didn’t have the normal fresh flavor or the crisp. Asked for large drink they gave me a medium. This does not feel like the same chikfila it used to be. Very sad

Very inconsistent. Hot fries. Cold nuggets. Sometimes easy too much salt on fries. Salad are easy over priced. The special watermelon drinks come in small chips and are super expensive. Other than that, love the service, and drive thru rocks.
