So I will say, this is crowded!!! The drive through line is always long so I just got inside. But wow is their customer service fantastic. The manager is splendid and so is the staff. They are helpful and want you to have the best experience possible. Better yet, it’s peach season ya’ll. Nothing will ever beat their peach milkshakes and the peach drink ice tea thing. Not sure what it is actually called, is pretty great too! It’s like a better snapple. Would get both again.

Very disappointed. Change of Staff has made a big difference in the courtesy and expediency of the service. It’s a shame the staff has changed so much it used to be such a friendly warm place. Hopefully they will get better staff in here again like they had a couple of months ago

They forgot to make my milkshake and had me waiting for 20 minutes on a pick up order that should have been ready. I ended up just leaving cause they had no idea what I was talking about. Great food maybe they need to be more organized.

Came in hungry and were satisfied with the Fast service and the clean restaurant . Love the drive through option too, the guys behind the counter were friendly and helpful. Always love me a good first impression. We will be back again .

Busy place! Pleasant counter person(s). Two drive through lanes. Our order was delivered promptly. My only observation that the Roll falls apart rather easily and not just at this location but all the Chick-fil-A, we have stopped at.

This is the most weird drive-thru I’ve ever experienced. The little booth where are you put order is outside the building. And you have to drive past the order booth to see the digital menu, which is so nonsense. And where you pick up your order is backside of the building and the staff needs to walk outside the door to hand over your order.

I’ve never have a negative experience at a Chick-fil-a. The line always move fast and the staff are always friendly. The Spicy Southwest salad is one of my favorite items.

Disappointing The salad selection didn’t match our expectations. The order was in error though the charge was correct. Drinks were wrong but we took them anyway as we were in a hurry. This location ( in a very high end neighborhood) was not up to company standards. It was clean and the staff was pleasant but just OK. The menu displays are tough for us old folks to read. Maybe have something with larger print at eye level? That’s a chain wide issue

I’m a doordasher, and I feel obligated to write a review about the awful service I just watched 3 separate customers receive. I wasn’t one of them, i was just appalled. The one manager (she had a different shirt on) named Vida (her name Tag was hard to read) legit yelled in front of me. All because someone wasn’t picking up their order fast enough for her. She got snippy with 3 different customers. She was also being awful to the employees. They all looked miserable. I have no idea if tonight was just a fluke, but anyone with that kind of attitude in customer service should have their position revoked. The customer should be prioritized and respected, and never made to feel small. I know the one lady left feeling defeated.
