I’m done giving them chances. We went inside to order take out using the kiosk. Two people who ordered after us got their food before us. Our order was almost completely incorrect. Missing items and incorrect items that I’d only know had I opened everything. We waited so long at the counter that our food was cold. One person at the register had long fake nails and one was missing. I was glad to not find it in my food. Things were casually tossed in bags not in the containers. Fries and nuggets all over the place. We waited almost 30 minutes after placing our order to get it. Once eating our food, there was no lettuce on sandwiches that should have had it, nor bacon on ones that needed that. If I look at a container of fries and only see container, there are not enough fries in it. I had to put the fries in the containers to take the picture. We got our own drinks but there were no straws left for my drink. There were ten people behind the counter. The guys making sandwiches seemed to be waiting on burger patties. The fry guy disappeared when he had fries to make. It was a bad enough experience that I will drive to the next closest Wendy’s to get food when I want Wendy’s again.

The Cashier Mark knew the menus to recommend. He encouraged me to do the survey, I forgot to do, 4- $2.00 off a sandwich, the next time. He even brought me some Ketchup packs. He was a nice person. Kinda fun too!

Check the order before you leave. Benn there many times and every single time half of the order is missing. Every single time. I mean. My bad for not looking but how do you give just a bun with nothing in between. Literally…nothing. a potato with nothing on top of it. . It wasn’t even busy.

I was waiting for my sprite today and noticed that their staff kept putting unfilled plastic cups under their mouths when their staff were talking to each other. It’s hard not to suspect that there isn’t any employee spit in the customer’s drink. A correction is strongly desired. Food safety is a serious issue. Employers should hire better quality workers！！！
