The staff were very kind and professional. The food was constant with any other McDonald’s food but it was good for a quick breakfast. The bathrooms however were extremely gross (my husband said the men’s especially was not kept up with.)

Ordered via the app for drive thru pick up. All was well until I was handed my stale drinks and a happy meal and then told to pull forward to wait on a quarter pounder meal and a McChicken bundle. 20 minutes later and 15 other cars getting their food I walk inside to confused adolescents running the show. Finally got my food and like an idiot I trusted the staff was competent to fulfill a simple order. Wrong! Missing menu items and extra frustration. I remember why I stopped coming to this location. Six ban bridge location puts this crummy location to shame and is twice as busy usually.

Larger gentleman in the drive thru is extremely rude and always messing around. Multiple instances where I have seen certain workers vaping whether it’s in the bathroom or behind the counter but it is disrespectful and outright disgusting. Went in on a Saturday and workers couldn’t stop cussing and messing around with each other. Go to the taco bell down the road you would get much better service down there.

I ordered my food and came up to the window and paid. They handed me my drink and told me to pull forward which I did then after sitting there and watching at least seven vehicles come and go I’m wondering where my food is because I only ordered a sausage McMuffin and a hashbrown so it shouldn’t have taken so long. I am on my way to work so I have to quickly get my food and go so I get out of my vehicle and go inside and ask where my food is and they all look confused. I said I’ve been sitting out here for at least five minutes and no one has brought me my food and I have seen at least seven vehicles come and go behind me. All they did was give me a bag of food. No apologies or anything. It’s not that freaking difficult.

I usually have great service and food about 70% of the time. It’s times like this that make me frustrated. This is what they gave me for my 4yo Happy Meal. The burger and paper were covered in ketchup. I had to scrape off even more ketchup on the burger because it was so loaded.

The fries were hot and good, but the Big Mac was cold. The hamburger patties were dry, not juicy, and the bun was hard around the edges like it had been sitting around for a while. Couldn’t get across to the server that we wanted 1 meal deal and 1 additional sandwich either.

This place is disgusting. Trash everywhere, sauce packets in the play space, brooms chillin in the dinning room obviously not being used, mop storage is also where you eat. On top of the superb cleanliness the food was no where near fast! We ordered at 6:32pm and got our food at 6:51pm!! Wow this place is horrible

This location would be better off shut down. Waited for over 10 at the speaker for someone to acknowledge us while cars piled up in the drive through. Finally got to the window and sat for at least 10 more minutes until we got our food and not ONE worker had spoken to us. Handed us our food and walked away. The food wasn’t even right, my burger was missing a patty that I paid extra for, the mcchickens were supposed to plain with cheese and were slathered in mayo and lettuce. We sat in the drive through and watched three different workers ignore us to eat, talk, and “mop” the floor. Pretty pissed I spent my hard earned money to be treated like that.

If you’re trying to get food go somewhere else. I waited in the drivethru for over 30 minutes, and the only reason I didn’t leave sooner was because I was stuck in the line by the voice box. No cars moved for over half an hour. I didn’t even get my food, because at that point I was running late to work. Taco Bell is right next to this place, so go there instead.
