In this day & age, it’s not uncommon to run into fast food seriously lacking in customer service. And I get it. BUT this Concordville, Pa location, their customer service was phenomenal! Starting with the adorable young woman at the ordering booth (I just had to compliment her jacket with furry hood & she def needed it with the cold/snow) who was just genuinely so sweet & professional that I made sure to tell the next person, who again was just really genuinely nice & very professional (person working 2nd window and taking out car p/u’s), to please let the Mgr know she has a great employee(s). To my surprise, instead of being jealous or petty & just saying ok like some would do, she made sure to immediately let the Mgr know and give a really sweet thumbs up discreetly to me so I knew “mission complete”! Not only was the food delicious, hot, & fast but the chicken was cooked to perfection, the waffle fries were perfectly done with just the right amount of salt & the new Frosted rootbeers, omg soooo good. The staff that I encountered went above & beyond from answering questions about new menu items to everyday job duties. Mind you, it was also smack dab in the middle of lunch time on a Friday in a busy business district. I wish I remembered to get both their names but to the store Mgr, you should be proud to have such professional and caring individuals on your team. They displayed a professionalism & type of customer service that is not seen very often in the fast food world anymore. Those 2 people, and I’m confidently including your other staff on duty that day since my food & Frosted Root Beers were made to perfection, together ran like a well oiled machine since we were in & out in minutes contrary to the reputation I know Chick-fil-A sometimes get esp during lunch. They deserve to be recognized & treasured for the valuable employees your store & company are lucky to have working. Great job to the workers over in Concordville, PA location! We see your hard work!

Came with my wife, two grown daughters and 4 grandkids so it was a large order. Everything was very good and correct. I liked the option to have salad instead of fries for myself and fruit salad for two grandkids.

Update as of 12/22 – worse employees I’ve experienced at a location. Rude and not friendly. Even watched a curb side customer walk up to the drive thru to get his order since they forgot about him. No apologies of course. Hire better.
Worse drive thru service I’ve experienced today at 5:30pm. Took orders from drivers behind me and once we arrived at the door to pick up, 5-6 cars behind us received their orders first. Very unorganized and clear lack of proper management.

I ordered ahead on my app for curbside pickup. I pulled up and waited for 20mins for someone to bring my food out. The First Lady looked around for my car. You cat miss it I’m a bright blue suv! You also ask for what space we are in. Why ask that if your employees aren’t paying attention to that number. At this point my food was cold and my infant woke up. Needless to say I didn’t eat my food! I’ve been to this location multiple times and the first time I have had horrible service!

Such a great location for kids. They frequently have free activities like character meet and greet and face painting! The staff is so friendly and helpful. I do enjoy their nuggets and waffle fries too 😉

The restaurant and rest room was clean. I ordered my meal, and got the wrong sandwich. When I brought it to the counter, I was asked to show my receipt (like maybe I was lying?). And I was told I would get the right sandwich… but when the sandwich came, the bun was very stale. It was dry and crumbly. By that time the fries were cold, too. This happened way before the lunchtime rush, it wasn’t busy at all.

The only detraction to this shop is some of the other patrons who leave a mess at the table or are on their phones with the volume up and not using earbuds. Consistent quality and friendly competence from the staff.

Came in hungry and were satisfied with the Fast service and the clean restaurant . Love the drive through option too, the guys behind the counter were friendly and helpful. Always love me a good first impression. We will be back again .

The drive thru attendant did not get our order correctly. We then went inside to get an exchange for the correct item. Tom, whom I believe is the manager was extremely rude and snatched the food out of my hands.
