The person that brought the food didn’t give us straws (for our milkshakes) for some reason? And when I tried to get help at the front cause my sandwich had no cheese, the lady at service asked me to “wait til she was done”, even though there were numerous employees behind her doing nothing so I just awkwardly waited. Even one worker that walked right by as I tried to get his attention.

I usually have a good experience here, despite long lines and the occasional employee attitude. I try to have empathy bc it gets so busy and people are just trying to make a living. But I’m so disappointed in the service I got today. We ordered on the app and spent 30 minutes waiting for our food with 2 hungry toddlers. The only reason we were checked on was because another driver pointed out that neither her or us got our food, while everyone behind us was getting theirs. To top it off, the employee who eventually gave us our food didn’t even offer an explanation or apology, and the fruit cup that came in the kids meal was disgusting…

Worst serviced Chick-fil-A, I ever visited. I ordered dine-in on the phone at noon. I received the wrong sandwich, and drinks didn’t even come. I walked to the counter and got all drinks except the coffee without any apology. The young guy told me I had to wait for the coffee and he’d bring it to my table. I waited for 15 minutes and no coffee came. I walked to the counter and looked at him, but he totally ignored me. I asked the old gentle man working on the floor about the coffee, and he brought one to me. This is by far the most unfriendly Chick-Fil-A with no standard except the old gentle man working on the floor.

The one restaurant where you can specify how many sauces you want, and they will give you 0 and hurry you through the drive through before you can check if you got them. Food looks great! Not worth eating after getting 0 asked for sauces, so $12 into the trash.

This place seems to get worse and worse every time I got but this time has pushed me over the top. Placed a online pickup order like I always do. Clicked that I was here before I left my house which is 10 minutess away. Got there and waited for 25 minutes before asking where my food was and mind you it was busy but nothing crazy. But it seems like they just forgot me. I watched a family order, eat, and leave while I waited. Finally got my food and didn’t get any type of compensation just expected me to wait 35 minutes for a few items. Don’t waste your time going to this location.

Food was fast to come out for in door ordering. However the milkshake took longer. To stand and wait was a little smooshed with where everything is placed. There’s also a big side room blocking you from locating the bathrooms, and is a little unsightly. I’m worried that with the doorway of said room being curtains that little ones may easily run inside and hurt themselves. It was clear employees are expected to put their belongings in this room as well, which as stated is, easily accessible to anyone in the establishment.
