Absolutely loved our visit! This was our first time at Cheddar’s, but it definitely won’t be our last. I was recently diagnosed with Hashimoto’s and need to eat gluten-free, and I was thrilled to see that Cheddar’s offers an online gluten-free menu. The lemon pepper fish with beans, rice, and carrots was absolutely divine! My husband enjoyed the fish and chips so much that he even ordered an extra fillet—though he couldn’t finish it all, so we happily took the leftovers home. To top it all off, they brought out the most amazing freshly baked, buttery croissants that my husband said tasted like heaven. Truly a wonderful experience!

I went to dinner with my family and it took over 45mins to get our appetizers. When we got it, the nacho cheese was scorched and the meat in it was definitely under a heat lamp. It was GROSS!! The onion rings batter wasn’t crispy and wasn’t hot. We sent it back. Almost an hour later and we get our food. My fries were cold, strips were half soggy and steak was super chewy. I didn’t want it. My husband’s pork chops looked raw and was gross. Our 8yr old only ate fries. We sent our food back. My husband asked for a manager. He told her we’ve been there for 2hrs and sent all food back. WORST EXPERIENCE! Which sucks because it’s the only sit-down restaurant we love. She apologized and sent us on our way. The food was so gross, I lost my appetite and went home without eating dinner. Smh

I went on a Saturday night so it was busy. We got right in tho, sat at a nice booth by the window. Our server was right there to take our drink order. Our food arrived timely, we ordered the ribs…. absolutely delicious! Highly recommend.

My first meal at this location. Waitress was very kind answering all my questions about ingredients and I decided on the half rack of ribs.
Ribs were tender, not falling off the bone but still good. Smoke flavor was mild and the bbq sauce worked well with the meat. Fries were a bit over salted which says a lot as I tend to salt certain dishes heavily.
Pot pie was very good, flavorful but light it texture, potato could have been plated a little better but had a good earthy flavor.

I was brought here for my birthday for the first time & the experience was horrible. First my silverware when I opened them they were dirty & had what looked like old food on them. Then my sisters soft drinks & lemonade tasted like mildew. Fast forward to dinner, I ordered a medium rare steak & they served me rare. not once but twice. after the second time, I refused the meal. First they tried to comp our $7 drinks for a $15 meal that wasn’t even eaten at all. We Told them that wasn’t acceptable that we don’t want to pay for a meal I didn’t eat. So finally they comp only the steak meal. The manager then proceeds to come back to us as we are leaving & has the audacity to tell me they temped this steak & it read medium rare.. I know very well this steak is at the least a rare but I’ll let y’all be the judge by the picture. We also were not served our crescent rolls until after dinner was served & we had to ask. Very unprofessional service, I will never be returning to any cheddars location again. Which sucks seemings how it was my first time ever eating here. SN: There were multiple customers complaining about their meals this night as well.

For a chain it was okay. Service was a bit slow but it was during lunch hours so I guess you could chalk it up to that. The food wasn’t very flavorful though. The best part of the meal was the complimentary sweet rolls you get at the beginning.

It was ok, we waited for a long time to get a table. But we were a party of nine. That could be a part of the reason why. Once seated server was great! And the food was great! Everything was fresh. We had a great time with our family there!

The food was hideous. First, I asked for side of green beans… They were out. Then, I said I’ll take a side salad…. They were out. I opted for 2 sides of carrots. The sirloin arrived and was absolutely inedible. It was like rubber. It has the weirdest texture and taste. I think it was cooked from frozen or partially frozen.. I also asked for medium and I feel this is more rare on the inside. The carrots also tasted dirty.

We went in at 1:04pm with a group of 8. We were told there was an hour wait, perfectly fine. We went and shopped a little and came back an hour later. Table still wasn’t ready, so we waited an additional 30 minutes. They weren’t visibly busy.
When we finally got sat down, the host was coughing trying to talk to us. Then drinks were brought to us and there was a solid something in the bottom of my sweet tea.
Then our steaks came out. 2 out of the 3 steaks ordered were WAY under cooked (temped at 125 & yes I bring my thermometer with me everywhere, me and my lady are chefs). They put mine back on the grill, brought back and it was still under cooked & tasted like iron in a rusty bucket. They took it off the bill because I only took a few bites out of it & I wasn’t going to pay for a meal I couldn’t enjoy. Our friend who had the other steak didn’t want to say anything about hers so she ate her potato and put her steak in a box.
I will say our server, Kasie , was very nice & rolled with the kitchens mistakes. Our appetizers (cheese curds, onion rings & spinach dip) were really good also.
Overall, it was a terrible experience. And we will likely never return to this location.
Edit to add: it was also super cold inside and we were all wearing jackets the whole time. When it’s cold outside please consider turning to air up.

So the food was amazing. Service was horrible. Went in last night with a friend. We were one of 2 tables. We ordered 2 drinks from the bar. Saw 2 bartenders hanging out talking then they both walk away from the bar and are gone forever. One finally came back poured our drinks then left them at the end for waiter to to deliver to us. Waiter is around the corner joking and playing with all other employees. We got our food and was already halfway through eating the food when we finally went and grabbed our own drinks off of the bar. Five minutes after we grabbed our own drinks waiter finally comes out and noticed we already had our drinks. We let him know we did his job for him. Over 20 min to get a drink. DURING HAPPY HOUR
