Went early with 4 in our group to avoid the crowds. Greeted promptly with a smile from the hostess. Our server seemed new. Didn’t seem personable and was very dry. Maybe just not having a good day. Our food was brought out in a timely manner. Everyone said their food was okay but a little bland. My burger and fries were cool and the fries were extremely crunchy. Almosr like they had sat a while before being served. Not a bad experience but will definitely give another try. The atmosphere was great.

We enjoyed a very good lunch at Cheddar’s. We were greeted and set down in just a few minutes. Our sinks and a plate of warm rolls showed up a few minutes later. I had the shrimp and sausage fettuccine. The shrimp was tender and tasted great. The sausage pieces were also a little spicy but I enjoyed that they could have been a little bit smaller. It was full of flavor and the portion was very generous. I had plenty left for lunch the next day! The wait staff was super attentive and checked on us every few minutes. I will be going back to Cheddar’s in the near future.

I really used to like this place. Here in recent months the service has just not been what I remember; from poor service to dirty drink glasses. I’m not sure why the quality has diminished however I’m thinking it’s time for a new place. Please do better! (Update)

This rating was based upon my experience with a stop when I walked in and spoke with them. I knew I was coming in late and tried to call ahead of time to let them know or possibly get my order going. I was told that was. It was unable to happen, and I would still have to come in and eat my food. So I still gave 4 warnings that I was coming in 15 minutes to a closing. The gentleman on the phone said it would be OK.I arrived and the young girl at the front had an attitude with me and said they were closed.I said it looks to be that you are still open as I am standing here. She said well we’re done serving food.I said I was told that you’ll start food until you close. She said well I will have to go get a manager. I waited patiently while the staff rudely discussed me as I stood up front. The manager finally came and seemed to be put out as well. When I walked in, the place was a mess. The only good part wa that the one waitress that did help me was very kind. Customer service goes a long way, and although my children love that place, which is why we had to make it in that night, I am very displeased with a service like experience, and that will lose business.

Very wonderful dinner. The ambiance was lovely. Service was great as well as the food. The green beans were honestly phenomenal that my girlfriend had with her chicken fried steak. I had ribs and chicken strips, with cheddar broccoli sides and loaded mashed potatoes. It was great and of course absolutely filling. Lot of food. The crescent rolls were an unusual nice surprise. Not used to those but very delicious. The Wisconsin cheese fries were absolutely amazing! I’ll definitely be back.

The food itself meets reasonable expectations for a middle of the road chain restaurant. The service has repeatedly been horrible. It’s sad to say, but that might be the reasonable expectation for a chain restaurant. I’ve come in and attempted to order a take out order several times. While several employees were not doing anything, I was told they weren’t allowed to assist me, and I had to place the order with the person hidden in the corner of the bar. Each I’ve been there, this person was incredibly rude, and it took as much as 10 minutes to even have them acknowledge I was there, much less assist me. I was instructed that this was their job, but each time, this employee acted as though they were being put out by having to take an order. By contrast, one evening, the sweet lady behind the bar took my order because I think she could sense I had waited way too long. My order was exaxrly as ordered and she brought me a drink while I waited. You really need to modify this part of the process.
