We came in for a Saturday lunch right before noon and there was only 1 other table occupied and a second table filled with 4 patrons a little later. First we were told to get a corner table and add some chairs ourselves. I understand we were with 6 children and 4 adults and we had a question about gf options for a child (which they don’t have), but we had a backup plan with adult meals and sharing. Still it took 65 (no typo) minutes before the food came out. One should expect better and even if they were short staffed they should have told us and managed our expectations. Not panning to come back here

Love this Applebees! Whenever I order takeout, the team is so helpful. Especially, Nicole! She’s amazing!! Regardless of how busy it is, every single time I order she is so pleasant and happy to help! I never double check my order when she hands it over to me because I can trust her in making sure everything is quality controlled and made correctly. Her attention to detail and lovely personality are just a few of many reasons I regularly order there! Thanks for always making a great experience for my family and I, Nicole!!

I ordered a Classic Broccoli chicken Alfredo and my pasta arrived without the broccoli, we also ordered a rib and it was very cooked.

Had an excellent customer service experience with the manager, Angela, to resolve an issue I had. I work as a job coach and so I can recognize that above and beyond quality.
I had placed an online order/carside delivery and, after discovering a mistake with my burger, they made good on it with a full replacement of the meal plus a free dessert. Angela was extremely kind and excellent to speak with, apologetic and again made it up with quickly turning around the issue and making it a positive one. Also was gifted a $10.00 dine in gift card which was sweet!

Great service and accommodation. My husband didn’t like his meal and the manager helped us to the best of his ability. Try the omg cheese burger. So good!

It is rare that I find myself genuinely disappointed by three separate visits to the same establishment, but consistency is a virtue—even when it is consistently poor. Here is a breakdown of the culinary missteps from my recent experiences.
1. The “Well-Done” Illusion
The Order: A standard beef burger, requested well-done.
The Reality: There is a fine line between a juicy medium and “undercooked,” but this burger didn’t even reach the border. Upon first cut, the center was a cool, translucent pink—a stark contrast to the charred exterior. For a critic, a kitchen’s inability to manage temperature is a fundamental red flag. Sending it back resulted in a second attempt that was essentially a hockey puck, proving that “precision” is not currently on the menu.
2. The Microwave “Parm”
The Order: Classic Chicken Parmesan.
The Reality: The presentation was the first hint of trouble; the cheese had that distinctive, plasticky sheen that only comes from high-intensity radiation. The chicken itself was the ultimate offender. Rather than a crisp, breaded cutlet, I was met with a rubbery, chewy texture that suggests it spent more time in a microwave than in a pan. When the breading slides off in one soggy sheet, you know the “chef” relied more on a timer than a stove.
3. Strike Three: The Undercooked Encore
The Order: A follow-up visit, ordering the burger once more to test for improvement.
The Reality: If the first visit was an oversight, the third was a pattern. Once again, a request for “well-done” was ignored, yielding a patty that was arguably rarer than the first. To serve poultry or ground beef without reaching the requested internal temperature isn’t just a matter of taste—it’s a matter of basic kitchen safety.
The Verdict
The kitchen seems to be caught in a cycle of shortcuts. Between the dangerously undercooked beef and the rubbery, processed texture of the Chicken Parmesan, it is clear that speed has taken priority over skill. Until the staff masters the thermometer and retires the microwave, I suggest dining elsewhere.
Would you like me to rewrite these as shorter, punchier social media blurbs or perhaps a formal letter of complaint to the restaurant management?

I had such a great experience at Applebee’s! The food came out hot and delicious, but what really made the night stand out was our server, Yaz. She was absolutely amazing! Super attentive without ever being overbearing. Yaz checked in at just the right times, made sure our drinks were always full, and had such a friendly, positive attitude that made the whole meal even better. It’s rare to get service this good, and she honestly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I’ll be asking for Yaz every time!

Stopped in for an after sports practice family time, everything went great. The server was nice & on point with his attentiveness. Everyone enjoyed their food, my husband and I enjoyed our drinks (his beer was flat and replaced by the understanding server)

Decent restaurant in the neighborhood. One good thing about the restaurant is that it has a lot of cocktails and a limited food menu. I took a Combo platter for appetizers which was just enough for both of us but for big stomachs I suggest to go with their boneless wings and unlimited fries combo for 12.99 per person. Restaurant Staff are not that welcoming but we cares.
