They really need to just leave. Just got a picture of actual tenders, but turn around and sell this for $16.45 when you can go to a local public school and find the exact same food. Tenders should NEVER be this thin Unless it’s clearly processed and pre-frozen. Never go here

I usually get the tenders but today for my break inside the Galleria mall, I chose the catfish and shrimp! My brother came to see me for my break and he got the gumbo. Iveth was the cashier and we’d like to thank her for recommending the gumbo and giving us a sample. I’m never disappointed with what I order here hands down I think it the best place to eat inside the mall. Delicious

I ordered seafood gumbo, just no. It was more like spicy soup. The spice was not the problem, I’m from Louisiana but don’t call it gumbo. I asked where the seafood was sourced from, the worker asked the manager and neither one of them “knew”. And please take the $4.59 gumbo sign down, they told me that’s an old sign. Well that’s false advertisement. I am not a picky eater but do not recommend this place.

This is the worst customer service ever. DONT COME HERE! There was a HISPANIS man that was eating infront of me while I was waiting to order. He told me that the places was still closed even though it was 11:30pm. I had to wait around 40 minutes just to place my order and when it was around 12:15 pm, I went there again but he stayed in the back and didn’t come out at all. There was alot of people waiting but they eventually left and so did I. The owner of this business is losing customers because they have a lazy and rude employee who doesn’t want to work.

Terribly disappointed , the corn & potatoes were even ruined no flavor what so ever. I requested the spicy, it taste like a hot powder seasoning they used . You guys Need to get some advice from lotus seafood on his yo do a real shrimp, crab & crawfish boils. I wasted the last $20 I had for dinner thinking I was going to eat well , the only thing I can give credit to was The size of the shrimp .

Well my expectations were pretty low for a seafood stand in the middle of the mall. I’m not a local, but it was cheap compared to where I live (you can’t even buy crab legs for that much in the grocery store in my area). Wish the wings were not breaded and that I had lemon for my seafood, but other than that no complaints. Definitely hit the spot for me.

All the low star reviews are Karens and pics are BS. I drove 170miles and stayed in the Galleria and stumbled upon this place and ate there TWICE in 2 days because we loved it so much… seafood platter was great. One huge fish fillet, bunch of shrimp and 3 oysters plus 2 sides for a little over $10 and was so much I couldn’t finish it. My husband and I both loved it and highly recommend for the price!!! We got seafood platter plus fish platter and 2 drinks and wasn’t even $30.

Their website displays their business opening hours from 11:00 am but it was way past that time and the man that was working there didnt want to take my order and completely ignored me. If he does not want to work, he should quit. He is taking away several customers from this food establishment.

I order the jumbo butterfly shrimp which was not jumbo at all. They use precooked shrimp as to why the shrimp were over cooked. They were hard as a hard. I asked for a refund. The little disrespectful girl at the register has the worst attitude ever. I asked to get catfish instead and was asked to pay the extra even though I was inconvenienced. Save you money and go eat elsewhere.

I went there at around 12:15 pm on a tuesday to order my meal and there was no one there. The lights were on and the website said they opened at 11:00 am but there was no one on the front desk even though it sounded like People were in the back. It was such a waste of time.
