What a terrible experience we had here. I ordered a lemonade and they gave me an empty cup so I assumed it was in the self pour section. There wasn’t any lemonade and I didn’t want to complain so I continued to get a sweet tea instead and sat down at my table. Later, the cashier came and brought me a lemonade that I had ordered. We finished our meals and as we walked out the door, they stopped us to pay for the other cup that they had originally given us. We asked for a manager and with ear pods in his ears and no eye contact he said that we had to pay for the other cup since they brought us the lemonade….. even though they are the ones who gave us the cup in the first place. The customer service and logic behind the whole issue was horrific and we will never return back to McDonalds.

I have no choice but to give a one star but I would love to give a 0. I stopped by this McDonald’s out of all places while traveling and I had to haveadisagreementaboutmy order with a few staff members. I asked to wait on fresh fries and the cashier was persistent in not giving me fresh fries. None of the employees seemed to wash there hands The cashier had a nasty attitude and NO HAIR NET ON Long braids The management didn’t make things any better This place needs work neither did the cashier speak She just asked Are you all ordering? Store needs to be clean also

The nuggets we’re hard! The lobby cleaner used the mop but didn’t sweep. So food everywhere, and tables were gross. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for my order to be taken.

I got the hot cakes one morning because I was in a rush. They were warm tasty and a syrup taste pretty good. I was surprised because I haven’t had hotcakes from McDonald’s in over 2 years. It was very tasty.

Visited kinda late for a snack on our way home. My parents had chicken nuggets, which were fresh and not hard. I ordered a large McFlurry with 1/2 cookie, and 1/2 m&m’s, and I requested that they mix it down to the bottom. The girl did just that and I enjoyed it. Everyone in the restaurant was very nice.
