The food was very good. WAAAAAY better than Cathway easily. I got the general Tso chicken with pork fried rice and crab Rangoon. Good price and enough food. It tasted delicious and I would recommend this place to anyone else!

Moved to the area recently and this is my first Chinese place iv tried in search for a new one & and i cant get enough!!! iv ordered 5 times so far & the food has always been fresh, the house egg food young is delicious. The chicken wings are well seasoned, i was impressed. the pork fried rice has the perfect amount of onions and bean sprouts. GOOD EATS. safe to say i’v found my new spot!

The food at here was really good—fresh, flavorful, and well seasoned without being too heavy. Everything tasted like it was made with quality ingredients and cooked just right. It was satisfying, comforting, and definitely something I’d order again! Definitely try the general tso chicken combination with pork fried rice, perfect portion for one, and it even came with an egg roll!

We’ve ordered from this restaurant many times and genuinely love the food — which makes tonight’s experience even more disappointing.
We placed a delivery order at 7:30 PM with an estimated 45–60 minute delivery window. After 90 minutes with no update, we called the restaurant just to check on the status. They told us they “don’t have access to Grubhub’s info” and that they’d ask the manager and call us back in 5 minutes. No one called.
Ten minutes later, we called again to see if our order was even still coming, since at that point it had been almost two hours. We were told they needed to “call the kitchen” to check if our food was still there because the person we were speaking with was in the “back office.” We simply asked if they could confirm whether the order was still at the restaurant — and the woman hung up on us.
For context: we’ve physically been to this place many times. It’s a tiny takeout spot in a 7-Eleven strip mall, not some huge building with multiple departments. The whole interaction was honestly just bizarre.
They eventually called back to say the order “should be there soon” and hung up again. As I’m writing this, it’s close to their 9:30 PM closing time, and we’re still waiting on food we ordered two hours ago.
We’ve always supported this place and genuinely enjoy the food, but after the way this situation was handled, we will sadly never order from here again. And yes, I’m extra annoyed because I’m starving at 9:30 PM after working all day and feeding/taking care of my two wild children who I finally got to bed. Instead of eating delicious Chinese food, I’m sitting here writing this ridiculous review.
EDIT (morning after): we never received our food and had to fight for a refund…

I do not understand how people can say this food is good. IT IS NOT!!!! I wanted to try a new place for me, BIG MISTAKE. I ordered Sesame Beef and Boneless Spare Ribs. First the girl tried to cheat me out of ten dollars. Then I got home and tried the food. Overcooked and extremely tough. The ribs had a good flavor but every hard to eat. The Sesame Beef was all gel and extremely tough to eat. I will never order from here again. I do not recommend!

My brother and I have been driving by for a while and wanting to try it, so today was the day.
I went in as soon as they opened and got a pile of takeout. Super people, and short wait for how much I ordered.
Chen’s is definitely fine Asian food. The Singapore mei fun was good, not too greasy and just the right amount of spicy. The chicken and broccoli with brown rice could be the best we’ve ever had: Perfect veggies and rice with chicken that’s very tender without being too far-fetched. (My other brother calls that kind of chicken “alien meat”!)
Then come the siu mai. Steamed not fried, delectable, great in the spicy mustard or soy sauce dips.
We are going to be regulars at Chen’s! Was pleasantly surprised to learn they offer bubble tea; looking forward to trying it next time!

We used to order a few months ago, but recently you can taste the decline in the quality of the food. The rice is always hard, food has no flavor. Something is missing. Don’t think we will be reordering from here anymore.

I love this place! I have ordered at least 5 times and the food has been CONSISTENTLY amazing (don’t listen to that robert guy, I don’t know what he’s talking about) and my orders are prepared quickly and if I ask for delivery, they arrive before the estimated time (though I do tend to order during the non-busy hours since I’m up early). Chen’s is awesome. The pineapple house fried rice alone is worth giving them a shot for.
