I hate to leave a review like this but wow I felt like I was an inconvenience getting a sandwich. Very short and rude answers to our questions. She had very beautiful long hair that was not pulled back at all and went into my son’s food while making it and was mad when I asked to have it remade. I’ll drive further next time to get better service.

I walked in and waited a few minutes, the girl came out texting on her phone with her buds in, taking her sweet time. After she finally put her phone down, she looked at me and didn’t say a word. I said, I have a few sandwiches, then said, the first is a 12 inch Philly with American cheese and Chipotle sauce. She still hasn’t said a word to me by this point. She makes most of the sandwich and then goes and stands by the register. I then say, I have 3 more things I need. She slow walks back over to me and places three papers down, looks up and finally speak mumbling something. I said what, she asked, what sizes. I said, (1) 6 inch and a cheese pizza and I’m longer getting anything for myself. After I tell her what i want on the 2nd sandwich, she makes it and then goes to ring it up, still hasn’t said anything but, “what sizes”. I tell her I want to make 1 a meal so I can get a drink, she rolled her eyes at me and then changed the price on the order. The guy was nice and of it was a cheese pizza and he makes it. A friend walks in and he said he wanted a quick sandwich, I said, “good luck”. And then I left. I was pulling out and he was getting back in his car leaving with no sandwich. I backed up and asked him what happened, he said, “bro, she ripped my sandwich with her hands and was going to give me a 4 inch instead of a 6 inch. I just said nevermind and left”.. lol.
There are plenty of these reviews about this same person. I felt bad for the owner that this employee is so absolutely terrible, but if he doesn’t know by now, he’s blind. If he knows about it and doesn’t care, neither do I. I’ll never go to this subway again.

Son went in alone to order a sub after work(he is 16) and the worker basically refused to give him anything he asked for on his sandwich. Said he couldn’t have it without cheese which is absolutely not accurate. What is someone can’t have cheese?!? That’s ridiculous. And he argued with him about everything he wanted on his sub basically. Not a very good experience or customer service at all.
On another note (I know this isn’t the stores fault) but the app is a joke and never works. How does this company expect people to use the app and earn rewards when it won’t process a payment for a food order.
Lots of kinks that need to be worked out in the stores and on the app. I miss the old subway.

Great place to get a double meat meat ball sub. Minus a star for not having public restrooms. You have to go over to the gas station if you need to go wash your hands and do your business. Other then that it’s your basic run of the mill subway.

Haven’t been to Subway in months because of this location. Went tonight and it has gotten worse. The employees are more than happy to speak to each other in another language but show extreme irritation when taking orders. Nasty looks and one word answers to questions. This location consistently behaves like they are bothered by people coming in to spend money there. Disgusting to spend $40 for three people and be treated disrespectfully. I see now why Subway did away with their survey program…must not like the results.

Had to repeat myself. No change for 100$ bill. You don’t have a few 20s and 10s 5s at 6:30 PM… my order was over 20$… it was, pay with my card or not eat.
That was completely unfair. I won’t come back and I’ll make sure my friends don’t make this same mistake. Thinking they could enjoy themselves and grab a bite to eat at THIS subway.
