I love the pizza and this location. But the guy that met us at the counter to take our order this evening literally tried to talk us out of ordering. I get that it’s a stressful Saturday evening, but you shouldn’t make your customers feel like they’re an inconvenience!

Cassano’s has one of the most unique, crispy thin crust pizza’s. The salty aspect was missing this time, but It’s still great! You know a pizza is good when you can just order cheese. I wouldn’t say this is the best Cassano’s location, but we definitely will be back when we are in this area.

Does Ron Moody even exist, the voice mail that answered when I called before. When Cassanos returned my phone calls, Caller ID either showed Restricted Call or Tisha’s Haven???? People have hyped Cassano’s up to me because I love pizza and they said I would love theirs. I finally tried it and was underwhelmed to say the least. I was hoping to like it because I like all pizza but it just wasn’t what I’d heard. The crust was not crispy at all..just chewy and that was after an “extra bake”. The cheese was like cardboard. If I lifted up one piece the cheese would lift all the cheese off of the other slices in one flat, rigid slab. Pizza cheese should be melty and stringy. Also they didn’t cut the pizza all the way through so I had to rip it apart which covered my hands in sauce and grease. I had to wash my hands every time I grabbed some. The flavor was pretty decent at least but for price (which is some of the highest I’ve seen for pizza) it just really wasn’t worth it to me. The pizza was delivered quickly and the delivery driver was really nice though so I appreciated that. Overall I just can’t justify spending so much on pizza when it was so subpar. Not sure where the title “Pizza King” came from but I definitely wouldn’t say that. On to the next pizza joint I suppose!

Great pizza usually. But horrible customer service. I download the app because I can’t even get through on the call center. It rang for 20 minutes, but the app is horrible and wouldn’t even let me pay online.

A high five to the Bellbrook restaurant manager yesterday afternoon for his candor. He called me to let me know my pizza delivery order would be delayed and then he delivered the pizza himself so it was only 10 minutes late. Now to the VERY LOW zero. I ordered 5 pizzas before 1:00 yesterday with a 3:15 delivery time. As Cassano requires I had to go through the call center to make my order. About 15 minutes before delivery time, the manager called me to say the pizzas would be 20 minutes or so late because they were slammed with orders. Since I had called at 1:00 I would have expected that my order would have a priority. I would not trust anything the call center does or tells you as I do not have confidence that the call center coordinates anything with the deliverying store. A 5 stars for the store manager and a 0 stars for the Cassano ordering process.
