My family and I went to the Corinth, MS store. We ordered two number one combos. We were sent to park and wait for our food. We did so patiently. After 25 minutes I went into the store to ask about our food since the place was pretty much empty. We were met with dismissive and rude staff that chastised me for even inquiring about the time. It is without a doubt the worst service I’ve ever had at a fast food place. We’re not a complaining bunch, but when people are this rude and dismissive it needs to be said.

My stars are mixed because I can’t blame everyone for another’s actions.. day shift staff was great when I went, friendly, courteous and food was great even though they were extremely busy. The night shift, will run business off. I pulled in and was met with attitude as if I was bothering her trying to give krystals my business, Most likely cause I’m white. She was rude, loud and smart mouth and told me there was a 20 minute wait time. I’m assuming just to deter me to leave because there was not one customer there. And other than my good experience above, this is always the case at night. She will say they are out of meat. Next time they only take cash, next time the system is down, next time the stoves don’t work, another is was the water is off. Always something. I’m done with them…

It was raining inside the seating area. No customers hardly, yet it took 21 minutes to get our food. There is plenty of room for improvement, maybe starting with the employees. They don’t seem to even want to be there. And the food that is served shows it.

All these bad reviews and the service is still the same idk what the dm is doing but the next time I get dismissed while I’m paying for service there’s gonna be a problem your payed to treat people a certain way what’s hard about that ? Train better or close!

I ordered the 4 Krystal combo. When I got home there was only one that had mustard and all of them were smothered with onions. There was even a big glob of onions in the bottom of the box when I took the first one out. I got some in Tennessee and they were the same way, so needless to say I was irritated!! I love Krystal’s cheese burgers and this is the first time I’ve had this happen. I had to scrape some of the onions off. Now I’ll be very hesitant to get them anymore.

Grits wasn’t done and it was cold and we wait 15 minutes supposed to go a breakfast bowl with grits sausage and eggs she made her own bowel put white gravy undone eggs and cold a’ sausage that’s one sorry thing she didn’t even try hard as’ biscuits never again she need to be fired a total different from what I ask for
