Ordered online this morning. It said ready in 15min but they are never on time making the order so we waited 20. Got there to pick it up and they said there online tickets aren’t printing out so they didn’t know. They did know the online ordering wasn’t working but didn’t turn it off til after we had already been waiting on food we had already paid for. They finally find our order and told us it will be ready in about 10min. 10min later went to get it and they told us again that it will be about 10min. Still waiting on our already paid for food

I went to this store this morning to get gas, snacks, and two juul devices. I was at the counter with my things when I was told I could not purchase two devices. When I asked why, no real explanation was given. I decided against getting everything besides the gas I wanted and the elderly lady behind the counter was extremely rude to me. She proceeded to move the items I no longer wanted behind the counter, she did not put them down gently to say the least. Then she had the audacity to tell me that I could not purchase two juul devices at the same time anywhere else either, which is incorrect. I just did it at another gas station. I am not upset with the policy, I understand that all stores have their own policies. I am, however, annoyed with the disrespectful tone that was taken with me. After I left the store I went to pump the gas in my car and she did not put it on the correct pump. My husband went inside to have this corrected and the elderly lady behind the counter was just as rude to him! She also told my husband that I told her the wrong pump, which is untrue. I am incredibly disappointed because I have loved Casey’s for years.

Constantly going in there and they’ll have a price posted and then it rings up at a higher price. I asked about it and then Kimberly the person in there this time told me to take it up with some one else. Then told me that if I didn’t like it buy it somewhere else. Just ordered two pizzas from caseys… this is the second time I’ve had issues… wish we had a decent pizza parlor here. I called because I am literally putting my pizzas in the oven to finish cooking them… they are both doughy. I called an spoke to a gentleman who was not helpful at all… I requested to have a manager call me back since there was no manager available right now at 5:35 in the evening… he didn’t ask my phone number to reach me or anything. He sat silent then hung up on me…..

Literally every time I call to order a sandwich or hot food, there’s a problem. I get told they don’t have bread and won’t make any. or they’re out of everything we try to ask for different options and get told no. There’s like no food places in Windsor as it is, the least they could do is keep things stocked. Or make more, lazy staff. Very disappointed

Love the stores. Not happy that the peppermint cocoa was ONLY in the stores 1 week. That’s it. It was Advertised for over a month & STILL IS. Yet NO store has had it. I wait ALL YEAR for it. It sucked this year.

They have had diet mountain dew fountain drink out of order for over 3 weeks this is ridiculous. It only needs a replacement part that should be in the store in case one breaks. You can’t tell me the soda guy hasn’t been to the store in over 3weeks. Somebody is being lazy.
