As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Good food for a quick bite. The usual burgers, chicken sandwiches or bites, fries, and other food for those who want something fast and quick. Drive thru is an AI controlled vouce that is easy to use and gets the order right every time my family goes. In the colder months, we eat in our car. But on warmer days there are tables to sit at outside. The staff is quick to get the orders out, especially since they usually only have a few staff members most days.

“Fast food ” took forever. We got a burger and fries and 2 chili dogs with fries. The seasoned fries were good and crunchy. The hamburger was just ok and the chili dogs were horrible. I wasn’t asked if maybe I wanted onions or other condiments on them, the hot dogs were like rubber and the chili was greasy and burnt. Never had been to one before but it’s the last time I’ll ever go to one again!

Tried ordering with the AI in drive thru and it wasn’t getting the order correct so pulled forward and was told they couldn’t take my order at the window because someone was ordering behind me…… went elsewhere and won’t be back truthfully that was horrible customer service.

Employees shall not come out yelling at a customer when we decide we are cancelling the order because your automated system gives a total without reading off your order. Learn that when we go to work for our money we wanna know when we are spending that the order is what we ordered. -10 Stars for the lack of communication and the facts that you don’t own me and to tell me what to do won’t stand. Stay inside not communicating as you were previously rather than yell because you couldn’t read back the order shame on the staff we won’t be back

Order of 2 brisket bosswiches. Did not get what I should have. I got a hamburger with crumbs of brisket on both. 2 slices of white bread and no meat. Compared to the add, huge letdown.

Couldn’t even order. Stood at the walk up window for 8 minutes. The manager looked my direction and turned her back to me. Only had one car in the drivethru and one other customer behind me. I walked away. Terrible service!
