As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The food was great. The speaker is computerized yet they listen to your requests. We asked for a mushroom big buford computer said we don’t have that. Then the employee says yes we do. Then as we pick up the food they were trying to get to many orders done to fast. Was putting food in the wrong bags. I almost got my order plus the one behind me because I was waiting on my debit card. Besides all of that the food is still great everything tasted perfect.

I’m usually not the one to complain when something is missing or if a sandwich gets made wrong because I personally work fast food as well and I know how it can be. But I just ordered and had food delivered from this location and both of my sandwiches were made wrong, one of those sandwiches weren’t even the same thing I ordered. And I’m missing one of my large fries as well. I’ve never seen anything like this and I will not be ordering food from here ever again!
