I was worried when we pulled up and there was a big piece of plywood over one of the doors. Like, maybe there had been some sort of crime, and we were in a bad neighborhood. But when I went in, the place was perfectly clean, and I think the manager is the one who helped us first, and he was incredibly nice. We got something else so we made a second purchase, and that young lady was incredibly nice also.

I’ve been here many times this summer. I’m disappointed with the toppings you put in. For my hot fudge sundae there is barely enough in there for a serving. Not even enough to enjoy the gudgy goodness. So little to the amount of ice cream given. Maybe a heaping tablespoons worth. And you never offer whipping cream. It dawned on me that dairy queen has whipping cream. When I asked for it, it was like they didn’t want to. To go with my hot fudge sundae that just had a tiny bit of hot fudge, I got a dollop of whipped cream the size of a quarter! I am feeling ripped off these days coming to this DQ. It’s the one in Kent.

They didn’t have med or large cups, so all I could get was a small drink. Was drive thru so no opportunity for refill. Did give me my vet discount.

The fact that it was not busy at all when i walked in yet the whole dining room was disgusting, no ice was filled for drinks, yet In between the few customers the staff just sat around talking. I had my wife and 2 children. My wife started the order with one vanilla Sunday, and all the employees continued to say was is that’s it. Is that it. Over and over.

Waited patiently to place our order in the drive thru, patiently at the window for the drive thru person to collect payment. Waited around 40 minutes in line for a medium ice cream cone and a cookie dough blizzard. Was met with a very disrespectful person handling the drive thru orders, she held our her finger from the window to us when we pulled up she continued to get frustrated and argue with other patrons at the box ordering. Very disrespectful and not how to handle customers that are nothing but kind and respectful and willing to wait almost an hour in line for 1 ice cream cone and blizzard. Went next door to burger king instead and got soft serve there in a timely and nice manner.

Got the smores blizzard, new york strawberry cheesecake blizzard, and off their 2 for 6 menu the chili dog and cheeseburger. So solid. Dairy Queen always delivers!!! Thank you so much!! YUM!!!!!!!!!! They provided excellent customer service, couldn’t be happier! Went above and beyond

I love smores blizzards. I am the person who has been googling when they would come back for years. Now that they are back I have been getting blizzards at least once a week. Unfortunately I don’t think this dairy queen is worth going to. Let me paint a picture. There is me. After a long stressful day with the thought of going to dq to enjoy some relief from my day. I order a large smores blizzard with extra everything. I place my order wait in line for almost 20 minutes. I get the amazing looking ice cream and I start digging in, BUT to my dismay. There was only the mix in in maybe 1/4 of the blizzard. Literally the rest was just vanilla ice cream. The staff literally made the ice cream to make it look like they did their jobs just to get people out of the drive thru. It’s an abomination.
