This might be the best Chinese lunch spot on Long Island. They make all their own food, dumplings, wontons etc. It’s much higher quality than takeout bodega Chinese. The food is equal to if not better than places like Jani, Alberts Mandarin etc. I’ve never taken out or come for dinner but it’s a great for reasonably priced lunch

Great dining experience. I’ve gone here for many years and always order the Happy Family. I’ve never had a problem here. Food is delicious and I recommend taking out or dining in, there’s enough seating inside. There is plenty of parking in the back and a couple of spaces along the side of the building, plus handicapped parking spots. Bathrooms are very clean.

Food was ok. Service was with an attitude when asked for a plate and a knife . Waiting staff arguing out loud in dining area unprofessional. Will not come I have been here in a while it has not changed. Good luck

Do order the shrimp toast. It is low fat and replete with shrimp. The wontons in the wonton soup are “thin skinned,” which is rare outside of Flushing and Manhattan Chinatown. The service is superb, and parking is plentiful in the back parking lot.

This was my go to Chinese place for 2 years. Not really sure what happened. I loved the General Tso chicken and the last two orders were disgusting. Hard and rubbery at the same time. Gave them one more shot and got the Generals Shrimp.
That was a mistake. The shrimp had almost no taste, and were very tough. They were not fully cleaned either. Probably a reheat from a earlier order that was never served. I’m officially done with this place. It’s a shame, they were so good.
Tried them again last week, around 4/18. Shrimp was old and bland, chicken wasn’t much better. Only thing good about this place are the crispy noodles and fried rice.

Horrible waiter. No smiling. Ordering my child around to not touch this or that, like our own cups. When I cordially lifted my hand to him to get his attention he didn’t move and just grunted a “huh” at me, finally then came over. Won’t be going back!… oh and sesame chicken tasted just like ketchup on chicken, not like any other random Chinese takeout where it all taste’s about the same and is good. Expected great service and great food, what a let down. Man what a bummer.

after really long day, i decided to order dinner from this place. It was inedible. When I went back the next morning, I got an attitude when I asked for a refund. Brought it all back. When you serve crap food and take someone’s very hard earned money, you refund with an apology , not an attitude. I didn’t give one with the request.

Really not picky when it comes to my Chinese food but my beef in garlic sauce was breaded?? and then thrown in sauce and super mushy. Boneless spare ribs were chewy and bland.

I have been dining here for over a decade , but I will never do so again.

While their shrimp toast is the lowest in fat content that I have had at any Chinese restaurant on Long Island, and their Chinese-style wonton soup (thin wrapper) is incredibly tasty, the quality of their food has gone down in the past five years.

The dishes here taste mediocre. It is as if they are cooking food that they bought at an Asian supermarket and throwing it on the stove. I could do that at home!

The service is good though.
