Worst Caseys experience in my life. I called to order pizzas for carry out. I was scolded by the lady on the phone for asking for pizzas! I was told if I wanted 6 pizzas or more I had to call 24 hours in advance. I explained that I didn’t need the pizzas for almost two hours. Still scolded and told to call 24 hours in advance. “Famous for pizza?” Yeah right! The Caseys in Columbus Junction is way better! Very virtuous and easy to work with. I highly recommend staying away from this Caseys.

In the last year gone really down hill. I used to love this place but now I’m scared to get food and drinks because of how dirty it is. It is a busy place and usually a lot of friendly people working but no one is cleaning the coffee, pop, and food stations.

Very clean place. Plenty of open space around the pumps. They make fresh food to order, they have a bakery area with donuts, coffee area, soft drink area, snack area, tables to sit and eat. Clean bathrooms. The only downfall is that there was no fluid in the squeegee buckets for the windshield.

I don’t think I’ve ever given a one rating. But this girl, this girl was hungry!The gas station itself might be okay. But if you’re hungry, and it’s 5:30 on a Saturday night, don’t expect to get anything from the deli area. They’re way too busy to make you a sub and apparently there is something wrong with the sandwich warmer and so you would have to order that also. And they are just way too busy to deal with someone standing in front of them.

There is always something not working or broken at this location, whether it is a cash register, ATM, gas pump card reader, or credit card reader. Staff is hit and miss. I waited for a pizza one time and didn’t realize I hadn’t paid yet and walked out the door, and with the reaction I got from this prison-tatted clerk, you would’ve thought I was walking out with their bank deposit envelop. Never ordering pizza from here again. It’s too bad because I really like the pizza.

I stop here at least once a week and once a week they’re out of Newports. This has been happening for months. I drive a semi so im limited on where I can go. Whomever does the cigarette order should be fired. Months n months of lost business due to inability to process a weekly order. Great Job management

They are racist here stopped here with the family on our way home. We spent money and used the washroom. Sat in the parking lot for about an hour. They kept peeking out the door and past the car stareing at us and they talked about us to every white customer that came in the store after us and they walked out stareing at us as well. Then they called the police and said they asked us to leave (LIARS). They never said nothing to us at all about leaving. But the police was cool and understanding they even directed us to where could rest safely if we wanted too. I will never stop there again. Weirdest experience on the road I’ve ever had
