I hope corporate sees this second time visit in this location first time I just drove away because of the poor customer service while ordering in the drive-through. Was asked to wait five times. This time I drove right up to the window my order was taken. It seem like the person was in a hurry taking my order. I reiterated multiple times no onions when I drove up to pay as soon as a car pulled up behind me the employee asked me to go park rudely. after waiting another 10 min just to get my order wrong. Employee asked me to provide my receipt due to the lack of not caring for my service or my time. Due to their lack of caring, I just proceeded to ask for a refund, which also took a while.

Listen, im one to cooperate and if the order is a bit wrong ill take it as is. But when im spending $40-50 and i have missing items then yall are just very very bad at your job. This happened 3 times and ive only been here 3 times. This place needs a better manager that is experienced because they are losing soooo much income since i know im not the only one. Go to the one off whittier blvd or washington blvd they are excellent in service and worth the extra mile to get your moneys worth. Never coming here again, easy. Hope this helps your customers.

Horrible place, it’s sad because it just opened up again and I would have thought the food would be better since it’s all new. I asked for ranch they gave me barbecue, I was asking for napkins and ranch at the window and the girl shut the window while I was talking…. I asked if she gave me napkins she said yes and she never did… This place is horrible I will never go back again.

Terrible!!! First of all, not orginized at all, even coworkers were arguing with each other in front of customers, not professional at all. Second, on the drive thru menu it showed that there was Powerade and Hi-C but when I asked for it, they did NOT have any. Why say or show you have something when in reality you freaking DONT!!!!! I just wanted a flippin Powerade!!!!

The chicken in my hamburger is raw. My daughter’s kids hamburger was hard. I do not recommend this place, the food is not good.
