I’m usually a healthy eater who sticks to home-cooked food, but the Triple Western Cheeseburger is my one weakness. I tried it as a kid and have been hooked ever since. Honestly, this burger is the sole reason I’m not a full vegetarian yet. It’s a total guilty pleasure, but you just can’t go wrong with it. 3 stars for the Triple Western alone!”

Visited this drive-thru on a Saturday night and ordered just two meals. The drive-thru wasn’t busy, yet we waited 16 minutes for our food. When we went inside to check, the staff gave us attitude and said they were waiting on our Santa Fe chicken sandwich.
For $41.39, we expected better. The food was cold—fries and cheeseburger included. Only the chicken sandwich was warm. Very disappointing experience, and customers shouldn’t have to pay premium prices for poor service and cold food. Having to walk inside in the rain takes the convenience part of drive thru pointless

I think i got served a burger that was sitting out for hours , the bread was hard to bite into, i should’ve known when my “Spicy” Double Western that came out in like 5 seconds was sitting out. I was so hungry from a long day , so i ate it with disappointment. It’s annoying when i have to return food , get side eyes , and do that whole process. So i’ll leave this bad review instead…. It’s 2 stars because i’ve had decent service before.

This specific Carls doesn’t care about anything besides getting the day over with. Management is non existent and when you bring an actual complaint to them, they roll their eyes and make it seem like you ordered it wrong. If it’s hard to not put cheese on a regular hamburger, they really need to have corporate come to readjust everything

They never have your food ready on time and then ask you to back up so their drive-thru timer doesn’t accurately record how long it takes them to make your order. It’s been like this for months, it’s ridiculous. Twice they made my order wrong and had the nerve to argue I didn’t order it correctly on the app.

Due to scheduling errors, I hit stranded at this corner. I decided to eat at this location seriously dreading it because of the area. SURPRISE, this location is super clean AND modern. Nothing at all compared to my local Carl’s on Washington in Whittier across from PIH HOSPITAL.
Their menu is very easy to read and order, depicting pictures PROPERLY. I ordered the Diablo combo, and the burger looked EXACTLY like the commercial/photos. The taste was delicious. You all know I’m not a hamburger guy but Carl’s Jr wil always be my go-to burger place. Always.
Oh, and the nice young lady at the register was always smiling in spite of juggling the drive-through window and rushing outside to hand deliver orders. Her co-worker quickly helped her out and handed me my food also smiling and very attentive

I ordered a big Carl and when I got home I noticed it only had one beef patty and it was poorly made. There was no line in the drive thru and hardly any customers inside, so I don’t understand how they could’ve made a mistake like this. I called the store and they answered and hung up. Not coming to this location again.

Ive been here multiple times and there hasnt been a single we havnt been parked. Food is always cold , today all we ordered was a 4pc chicken start kids meal. We were still parked and waited 10 mins. I read the reviews and seems like we are not the only ones. Honestly take a drive and drive to another location. You drive far and probably make it home faster then going here. By far the worst location ive been to and its only minutes away from where i live.

This has got to be one of the nicest, cleanest Carls Jr. I’ve ever been to. Not only that the staff working with Lupe was attentive and amazing. The food was cooked to oder and everything was fresh and tasted delicious. Carls Jr. Is definitely raising the bar with great customer service and a beautiful clean environment. I’ve had bad customer service here before so I usually avoid this location even tho its by my house. but tonight I went after work after finding out their drive thru is open 24hrs. The lady that was working drive thru was super nice and helpful which honestly really shocked me cuz I’ve never had an employee actually be really great with customers at this location (which is why I haven’t been here in over 6 months)but this made me want to try coming back to this location in hopes that theyre hiring better workers. Really great job tonight it was super appreciated really convenient hours too!
