Delivery from here not good, ordered some mofongo which included a salad, all i have to say is the salad was more fresh. At least make the plaintains fresh if youre not going to add the chicharon that you advertised, it was just stale , old and greasy plantains that tasted like they have been sitting overnight, Maybe dining in or pick up, but definitely have to do better on delivery.

To start LOUD MUSIC can’t hold a conversation. Waitress had attitude when we informed her the tab was going to be split by three. Food came out staggered about 20 minutes after the first plate. The rest of the meal came out with the exception of one plate that never made it to the table. We were short utensil when inquired stated there was no clean utensils. Had to chase down the waitress for items. When the bill came my order was $56, handwritten tab $72. Hell no!

I like this place and go frequently but it upsets me to get ripped off ordered a simple rum and coke and from past experience I rather pay as I go so I handed the bartender a $20 and never saw her again with my change I should’ve rather ordered a gold label drink and got my moneys worth at least, gota find a better place to hang out.

Hands down one of the best full service restaurants in Lynn. The food is extremely tasty. The vibes in the restaurant are immaculate. I have never been for lunch, only for dinner so I am not sure what it is like during those hours, but during dinner hours the music is far too loud to hold an actual conversation. But if you’re there to just chill, eat and drink- it’s amazing.

Extremely bad service! Don’t expect friendly banter, a smile, a thank you, or getting checked up on. When I walked into the restaurant the hostess just stared at me and did not even approach me, I had to walk over to her and ask to be seated. Later she dropped off my food at the table without saying a word and walk away. She never checked on me till it was time to go. One thing they are good at is making you feel unwelcomed. I had the rice and beans with steak. The rice was good but the bean was 10% beans solids and 90% broth. The steak consisted of 25% cartilage and tendons that I spend most of the time spitting out onto a napkin. Don’t waste you time and money here.

I went there around 9:30pm to get dinner and not only did the music make it impossible to communicate with the waitress, the waitress herself had an attitude and was not looking to have a decent customer service interaction with me. I ordered a salad to start off my meal and it came back with hair, I told her I can’t have pork and my mofongo had pork infused in it. Ridiculous enough I still paid and tipped her incompetent self.
