This burger king is ghetto. They take forever to prepare anything you order (it’s microwaved so hurry tf up) and they always forget syrup with your French toast sticks or forget when you ask for no sauce or cheese due to allergens. Management needs to start making the employees actually care and work for their pay. Shut this BK down and turn it into something useful and worthwhile please.

If could do 0 I would every time i come here. There’s no vehicles yet the person through the drive-through tells you to hold on and it’s at least 3 to 4 minutes. Then they try to talk you out of half the items you order. Due to the fact that it will take some time to make. then even though there’s no one behind you’re in front of you. You still end up waiting for your food for at least 5 minutes That’s on a good day

I haven’t been to burger king in about 6 years and it wasn’t too bad. It’s exactly like I remember it. Not packed at all yet they take a bit to take your order and get your food to you. Customer service was average & definitely recommend the pricing over the competitor next door but as far as the taste goes I’d choose the ladder.

I’ve been back in El Paso for a year, and ever since then the service is always great. I’ve been both inside and through Drive Thru, I believe UBI is her name or nickname. She is the epitome of “Customer Service” she’s always with a Big smile and very friendly.
