The employees are helpful and nice. The food and service would have gotten a 5 star if they had not forgotten to put my tomatoes on my sandwich. Which honestly as much as you pay for an original chicken sandwich it should automatically come with cheese and tomatoes to begin with.

I went through the pickup line and ordered a BBQ Bavon Cheeseburger. There was nobody else in line and no customers inside. It took them 17 minutes to give me my order. They did not offer a discount or free food or anything, not even an apology. I have been to this BK before and this is the norm at this location. AVOID!

We ordered impossible burgers. Patties were burnt on the sides. I also ordered 1 bottle water. They didn’t have bottle water but I was still charged as if it was bottle water. Then the person at the window placed her hand over my cup. Not good service here.

1:15 PM 1/10/2023 Waited 10 minutes at the drive thru speaker, nobody answered. Listened to cursing back and forth from employees over the loud speaker, while waiting for them to ask me for my order. Pulled up to the window after having waited in line for 10 minutes and the rude young man working the window shouted that they do not take orders at the window. The restaurant was not particularly busy, this is a particularly bad location with exceedingly bad employees. I recommend going anywhere but here.

Nikki the manager that looks like Kodiak black, is the absolute worse! She is rude and unprofessional. She rarely opens the store on time and will ignore customers at the door and in the drive thru. If it wasn’t for her I would give this store 5 stars. Shout out to the pleasant workers that have to deal with her constant poor attitude. Unfortunately when she is there Wendy’s will be my breakfast of choice.
