I ordered the “Cauliflower ‘Hot Wings’” ($14), and unfortunately the actual dish looked nothing like the menu photo.
The picture shows a generous portion with roasted carrots, and garnish. What I received was a much smaller portion with minimal toppings, and the presentation was very different from what was advertised.
I understand that dishes may vary slightly from photos, but this was a significant difference in both portion size and overall appearance. For $14, the portion felt overpriced and disappointing.
In addition, the food took quite a long time to come out, even though the restaurant was not particularly busy at the time.

Service was fantastic. The flaming bacon appetizer was amazing. I’ve had it a number of places but never with flaming rosemary. Sooo good! The cocktails weren’t your run of the mill drinks. I had the filet and it was delicious and tender. Coming from NY I thought the prices were extremely reasonable. The fresh pastas were a nice and tasty surprise.

Fantastic restaurant, great atmosphere and the service was top notch with Marco. He’s a seasoned pro for sure. We had the Prime Ribeye medium rare and it was absolutely amazing.
Strong recommendation

Saturday night is slow. GREAT! During the week, Nash is, er, lively. I’d rather not shout across the dining table. But everyone else, post work, is OK with it.
Great choice of food. Imaginative. Well executed. Best steak I’ve had in years. Short but interesting wine list, including bubbly from New Mexico! Friendly yet professional service.

The four cheese ravioli is EXCELLENT. We made our entire decision on where to eat based on that menu item and we were not disappointed. I eat out a couple times a week probably and this is the best dish I’ve had in recent months for sure. Shrimp linguine and the Arod cocktail were also very, very good.

Went here for a business lunch. The portion size was good. I subbed out my asparagus for sauteed spinach and the spinach wasn’t overcooked. Red fish was perfectly seasoned and cooked. Not dry. And even the rice was tasty. Will be back to try other options.

Went in for “Executive Hour” but ended up ordering dinner at the bar due to the limited selection of happy hour food offerings. Drinks were great as was the bartender. The snapper was over cooked and under seasoned. The fish came with a small smear of parsnip puree and partially cooked leeks and carrots. Not impressed for the price. The tres leches cake was great.

Oh boy was this place good. For the appy, got the Hot “Wings”, which is a cauliflower fried in hot sauce. They definitely had a kick to them. Followed it up with The Nash burger. Meat was thick and flavorful, and the fries were on point with the right seasoning and crunch to them. Then, they had a couple of desserts that had me interested, but was full from everything else, I settled for the Downtown Espress, an espresso martini of a sort.
If I’m ever in Houston again, definitely will be coming back. Little on the pricier side but definitely worth it.

This was my first time here, the service was fast and the food tasted good. There is a lot to choose from, there was a lot of variety on the menu. If you’d like to try smaller portions, they have a happy hour.
The tables were clean and our drinks were always refilled, the staff was kind to us and we had no trouble with our meal. It wasn’t busy at all during the weekday and there were plenty of tables to choose from.

Food was very good. Craft drinks were awesome. Noise level not bad for a completely open format on a Friday. Pretty well packed for a Friday evening. Wait staff was friendly but disorganized. We waited a very long time for our main course and an unacceptably long time for our bill. Wait staff knew we were unhappy and made no effort to address our concerns. Probably not a place I’d recommend or return to based on the lack of customer service.
