Food was genuinely awful. For the love of god – avoid the crispy chicken. It’s a pile of fatty meat covered in poor quality breading that doesn’t take. Tasted god awful… mushy and gamey. Even one of staff at the hotel said they really dislike it.

I ordered the salad with apples and the apples were super gritty. All this and SEVERELY overpriced. Points for the delightful waitress and interior design tho!

We are here for two mornings while staying at the TETRA. The breakfast is limited but features fresh western style and Asian-style options.

We enjoyed the Black cod plate (fish was perfectly cooked) and the lobster Benedict was a nice touch. Service is on the slower side so maybe not the best option if you’re in a rush.

The restaurant is elegantly adorned but some seats facing the floor-to-ceiling might be also facing the bright morning sun.

We ordered the Lobster Benedict — only to receive one with lobster, and the other with bacon. Not only was I never informed of this switch, but there was no mention of it on the menu either. I don’t eat bacon, and I never would have ordered it had I known. This felt misleading at best — and borderline deceptive. I chose not to make a scene, but the bacon was overpoweringly gamey and completely ruined the meal for me.

As a Marriott Platinum Elite member, I had a partial breakfast credit. However, the restaurant repeatedly miscalculated the taxes on my order. Despite the hotel front desk reporting the issue twice to the restaurant manager, the bill remained incorrect. I understand it was only $7 in taxes — but when my food totaled just $10, it raises serious questions. What kind of state charges 70% tax on a meal?

Honestly, I don’t want unnecessary drama during my trip, but this experience left a bad taste — both literally and figuratively. I might even consider reporting this inconsistency to the appropriate tax authority, because something just doesn’t add up.

Decor was great, menu was interesting, but the food was not executed well. Service was good but often difficult to find. Validated parking didn’t work and still had to end up paying.

For the food, crudo was oversalted. The lobster meat in the sandwich tasted quite old and stale, definitely wasn’t fresh. Risotto was too heavy to eat much of due to the heavy cheese and no acid, garlic chips were extremely bitter (though the Brussels were good), mashed potatoes with the steak had a gluey consistency with little flavor, spinach was oversalted. Steak and other non potato elements were cooked well but lot of other issues.

Food was mixed. Burrata was good as was the corn bread. Caesar salad with chicken and shrimp was not great. The egg on top was super runny and the shrimp were tempura fried, with not much chicken. Somebody liked the steak. Whole fish tempura fried was good. The space is nice – very high ceiling. Service was not great especially for a slow night. No drink refills.

The appetizers were AMAZING. Our favorite were the Hamachi Crudo and then the Lobster Sando. The restaurant was quiet the Saturday night we were there, so parking was not an issue. You can validate your parking at the front desk of the hotel which is right next to the restaurant. Overall a good experience!

Generally a fine place. Order the cornbread which is good looking but not to my taste; lobster Sandro is creamy and love the sauce with a bit wasabi flavor; the gem salad is well composed and dressing; the brazino (?don’t remember the name, white fish) offers a rich texture.

Really nice upper scale restaurant in Sunnyvale. Decor and ambiance were 5 stars. I had the NY strip the kids had the grilled cheese and flat bread. I look forward to coming back and trying the small Japanese plates.

I was looking for a nice quiet cafe to celebrate my friend’s birthday. I found Coffee Manufactory in my online search. We stumbled into Adrestia. It turned out to be the best decision made. Food was very yummy and staff were amazing. The best thing is when they brought out little pastry with candle and sang birthday song. It was really special. We really appreciated the extra miles taken by them. We will definitely come often. Thank you so much.
