Not at all tasty and also this place his not hygienic I feel unsafe when I go with my kids to this Burger King because of dust and unhygienic.
When I told this to staff they were very rude and argued with me. There is big queue line and no one in the cash counter to take orders and orders also come very late which I personally feel very bad

The manager tonight was extremely rude because I asked for clarity on my order, as they ask for a name but only call out numbers and I did not print my receipt. She was rolling her eyes and making faces just because I asked what the name on the order was.
And as with all airport food, the prices are wildly inflated. Most things were sold out.
It’s free to be kind and patient with your customers, the attitude was incredibly unnecessary.

Avoid this place! the service is awful and the pricing is dishonest. i was overcharged by $2 and my friend was overcharged by $0.5 compared to the price listed on the board. when i pointed it out, the staff made up a lie about a “large” drink i never ordered. To top it off, the tissues they gave us had greasy stains on them.

Simply pouring cold choclate syrup on top of vanilla ice-cream, called as Sunday. Damn ridiculous and waste.

The employee expediting the food was incredibly rude. My father used the self ordering system and believed he ordered two sandwiches. When his order was called and we discovered there was only one the person who gave him the food simply said “no you didn’t” and walked back to his station. I stepped in to ask a follow up question, I was then told that he ordered a meal without a sandwich. At this point my father got back in line to order another. While we were figuring this out my order was called and I missed my number. After waiting a few minutes I inquired about my order and the same person told me “I called this 3 times, don’t ask me about your order” my wife commented that he could have call it louder and he proceeded to swear quietly as we were walking away calling her several inappropriate words. We did not address this in the moment as we were quite frustrated by the whole experience.

Do not use the ORD online ordering system, it just does not work. Y’all…Nobody knows whats happening here. The guy with the blue hair was super sweet but everyone else seemed very inconvenienced by even having to serve anyone period. Lots of yelling at each other, they seem very stressed which is super understandable but at the same time I feel like it doesn’t have to be this hard for them to figure it out.

Miguel took my order without making me feel bad given there was kiosks I could have ordered from. The kiosks don’t let me get the double impossible whopper like I usually get. Miguel was very polite and attentive. Wish more fast food places had employees like Miguel.

I ordered a meal for my 9 years old (1 royal crispy chicken burger and 1 chicken fries) with no receipt , little did I know the order would come wrong. And in 15 mins went back to them to inform that they gave me a wrong order of 2 chicken fries. The person I talked to just argued and I was surprised that he wasn’t even courteous to hear me and understand. Wait a minute, this is at the Chicago airport and how many times such thing might me happening that customer comes back with such a kind incident . Really, you had to argue and also say that the no receipt transaction is something they don’t want to look into. Very very disappointing and the lack of customer satisfaction in this place! I then placed a new order of crispy chicken burger and this time with a receipt! (Attached). Didn’t want to give 1 star but doesn’t let me post without the star rating hence forced to give that 1 star
