Drive thru lane was off the chain!!!!! Donuts and Timbits were for a client, so can’t say how they tasted. Timbits box was a bit unsecured, so cashier noticed and replaced the box. Good looking out!

Behind the counter wasn’t in the best condition, and neither was the bathroom. My dad unfortunately ordered sandwiches without me knowing while I ran in to use the bathroom before heading back on the highway. The bathroom unfortunately wasn’t very clean, I had to was the lit and still hovered above the toilet as best as I could to go #1. And as I stated behind the counter wasn’t up code, health wise.

I barely go to this location because of how bad the staff treat their clients. I tried to give it another try because I was late to work and it is the only Tim Hortons that is on my way to work. As I was ordering the worker goes “Tim card or cash only” I had no cash and I advised that I can download the app to pay for the coffee and the worker goes “ I guess you can’t go ur day without coffee pull up to the window” as I pull up she goes I had fixed the credit card machine you can pay with card. No matter what happens I will never go to this Tim Hortons. Worse customer services and they need better people in there!

Today was my worst ever experience from the lady on the speaker with no greeting and sounding really dry to the you man at the window again no greeting and dry as well. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches and when I asked for jelly he dryly said 30 cents!!! Really??? I’ve frequented this location for the last 7 years and today was my worst experience. They want raises they should try better customer service. Without customers there is no YOU!!!! REMEMBER THAT!!!!

The lady on the mike was very rude and argumentative (for NO REASON) and she did not say ‘thank you’ after I placed the order. Had to ask for a napkin or receipt. Why is this? Owners are you training the employees properly? Never returning there.

Most of the ladies where very nice to me, but one white lady, I asked if I could get whip cream on my ice cappuccino at the window , saying I was fine with paying for it but this lady would just continue to yell and berate these young women saying they couldn’t when I know they could. I will not be returning here no matter what.
