This is a bit of a hidden gem. Found it on a Google search, and I’m so glad I did! The inside is lovely and warm. Comfy chairs. Got the carnita tacos, and they were SOOOO good and favorable. Margarita was decent. It’s a bit small with too many garnishes for the size of the glass. But overall, I loved it!!

Wonderful atmosphere and friendly staff! We enjoyed the queso dip, del puerto salad with red snapper and beef empanadas along with a variety of drinks in the downstairs bar. Definitely recommend Port Vida and will be returning soon.

Amazing restaurant! The atmosphere was cozy and fun, the staff was friendly and nicely accommodating, and the food was perfection. We didn’t even know about this place, but we were looking for a place to get a bite for lunch, and Port Vida popped up on our search. We are definitely going back to try the dinner fare.

The staff accommodated our walk-in party of 11 including 3 kids with no problem—rearranging tables quickly and welcoming us without hassle. The food was delicious and decor felt like Mexico! Almost everyone in our group had a different dish. Someone in our party lived in Mexico previously and was impressed with the authentic selection and flavors. Well done. See you soon!

We had a great dinner tonight at Port Vida! It started with our host who was a young boy that was really hustling in what was probably a very stressful time for him. I was impressed with his composure. We sat at a high top for four in the bar area which was nice and lively! Our server was struggling a little with the computer ordering system and things started off a little slow. It wasn’t a big deal because after we ordered our drinks they came very quickly and were absolutely beautiful and delicious! Im the type of person that really cares about the vessel that my drink is served in and I loved everything about my drink “La Fresca!” It took a bit for our apps to show up but completely understandable for a new restaurant that is just getting started. All of our food was delicious! We had the tuna tostada app which was extremely generous and large enough for four people to share but ask for an extra chips or tostada because there is a ton of tuna! I had the shrimp tacos and loved those as well. The icing on the cake was when the General Manager Pauola (probably spelled wrong) came by all the tables to say hello amigos and was genuinely interested in talking to us. She was so sweet and friendly and it just so happens the young host is her son! I love a good family business and really hope this restaurant succeeds! Once they get the appropriate amount of staff for the space I think it will be five stars!

Very nice atmosphere comfy chairs a nice bar..the food was incredible so good..the owner was such a wonderful woman she came to our table and introduced herself and was so pleasant..my friend Darrin was our server he’s an amazing person with a super awesome personality wait till you meet him you won’t be able to resist smiling or laughing such a great guy..I highly recommend you go check out this awesome place and will definitely be going back..

Service was excellent! Staff was attentive, friendly and accommodating. Atmosphere was good with nice fireplace but more warm lighting instead of some of the brighter cool lights upstairs would make it cozier. Food was good and fresh and cocktails were yummy.
