Food is fair, but the hours and service are the worst I have ever seen. They open/close whenever they feel like it. The lobby is open one day, closed the other. There is no notice as to when they will close or open randomly on a daily basis. They are not open for breakfast on the weekend. They close at 5pm on weekdays……right when people get off from work. My question is, why are they even on this base? Get someone on here that wants to be open and serve food.

Second time coming in and this restaurant is consistent! Second time I recieved a whopper and it looked as good as the commercial! Had no issues with ordering and everything was delicious. Whatever they’re doing here is working, keep it up! Couldn’t give 5 stars though because the men’s room sink wasn’t working (motion sensor). Definitely will come back!

Literally never open. How are you going to close at 5 when most people don’t even get off work until then? Like yeah, sure, lunch rush, but most people end up at the BX anyway. Food’s good when I do manage to get any.

Amazing employees. Always on their toes, ready to serve. Orders are frequently consistent and delicious. I’ve never had a problem with them. They are well deserving of a raise. Even though they are always understaffed, they do so well with getting their orders out. Very clean environment.

Amazing employees and every clean place! Even though they are understaff they processed to hand out food as fast as possible. Employees are kind and sweet and very hard workers. Recommend to come to this bk. Even if they close early remember we are living in a pandemic and they are short of staff.

Got free food! Idk of it was a mix up but got two small fries, two chicken fries and 2 bacon doubles. Idk if I was suppose to get this much for ordering the $6 meal twice…but that was awesome made my day.

I can say that, since last year, BK has definitely improved in the quality of service department. The food isn’t just wrapped any more, but is wrapped to eat on the go and then placed into a box. The fries are DEFINITELY a lot better than they were last year. They are less greasy and cooked better. The menu is also more appealing. The employee greeted me with a smile and ensured I had everything I wanted before I received my food.
