Came here on Saturday afternoon for lunch. Place was mostly empty. Gentleman behind the counter asked us what we wanted to order, I had to ask him for menus since there is none available or posted. He promptly walked away after giving them to us.
We ordered and waited a decent amount of time for our beer and cider. Food came out randomly and was of varying quality. Shrimp and fries are decent, exactly what you would expect. Hamburger bun was old and the burger itself looked like cafeteria food. Sticky chicken bowl was dry, definitely ask for extra sauce if you’re ordering it. Sticky chicken itself is tasty, we got extra sauces and that really helped. The Mac n cheese is a hard pass, it’s dry and chewy.
We’ll return and try some other menu items, hopefully we have a better experience next time.

Highway Robbery. I just spent 70 dollars on dog water disguised as bbq. The wait staff were perfect and they accommodated me. Dope move and I really appreciate them. The food however is really bad. I should have known something was going to go wrong when A BBQ SPOT NEXT DOOR TO A PARK WITH A FREE CONCERT still resulted in this place being empty when I walked in. The Mac and cheese is really bad. No flavor to be found. There was a bogo special and I see why they gave out 2, 3-meat plates for the price of one. The garlic mash was okay, every meat I tried lacked an iota of flavor and tenderness. I can not express this enough…save your money. I was going to demand a refund but the fb page said that the owner has some health issues. I may contact them to see if I can teach the staff how to cook. I’ll report back here if I do.

LOVE the fried zucchini and the prices are very reasonable! Many other menu items are also very good. The ribs, you can literally pull the bone out of the meat AND they usually have B2G1 deals (or even B1G1) on racks of ribs. And look at pics of the the ½ lb burger hangs out over the bun! Only $7.50?! Love getting the full salad with double meat…

Customer service is AH-MAZING! Their goal is to exceed customer’s expectations and its my experience that they do! Even overheard a customer that had placed a pickup order have to call to cancel because her car broke down and waiting on AAA…Katie delivered it to the lady AT FoodMaxx parking lot!?

This place is located in downtown Brentwood. I used to know a place called Sticky Chicken I thought maybe this was the same but it wasn’t. The place had an industrial look. They have seating downstairs and looks like they have seats upstairs as well. This place has a couple of Video arcade games and they serve liquor.
On the menu they have chicken, ribs, Mac n Cheese, Jalapeño poppers, onion rings…there’s more on the menu but this is what I remember.
So we ordered the sticky chicken, Mac n Cheese Balls, and Jalapeño Poppers. The order took long to come and that chicken was not crispy and didn’t seem fresh. The Mac n cheese and jalapeño tasted fresh though. I guess I had different expectations. I liked the food but a little disappointed.

Today they have a breakfast special which you get Meat of choice Bacon, Sausage, Pulled Pork, or Chicken, with eggs, and some bread all for $5!
Eggs are fluffy and yummy, bacon was soft yet crunchy, and the bread made into a great sandwich.
So far they are doing this on only Saturdays and Sundays, but they are killing it with both the price and the food. Would come again!

First time here and have to say the food is really good! Tried the ribs, chicken, coleslaw and cornbread. Ribs were moist and came off the bone with little to no effort. Chicken was sticky and delicious. Cornbread decently moist. Coleslaw was good, but too chunky for my tastes. I just pulled out the chunks and enjoyed it as the sauce was great. Only negetive that I had was the drinks. Its basically a bar/club (which I wasn’t expecting). There’s no free refills on sodas and they don’t have mixed drinks; beer and wine only. I spent about $20 for my meal, including tip. Everything is sold a la cart for diner time. Lunch seems to have cheaper meal options.
