These delicious meals are a game changer! My Mother is a charge nurse and struggles to find time for good, high quality, healthy meals. Struggle over! I struggled to make healthy meals after work because I was so tired. All I have to do is pop it in the microwave, a few minutes later I’m treated with restaurant quality goodness! I love everything about this place! Power Plate Meals has a great selection of quick meals that not only taste good, but they are high quality, healthy meals! I love that the macros are right on the packaging along with all of the ingredients! The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable too! Upon walking in for the first time, my impressions were a clean, friendly atmosphere that were all about making things easier for the customer! Concerned about the plastic particles that may enter my system. The plastic cover is also awkward and messy to remove. Good food, well prepared and portioned. Hard to overlook the microplastic.

Very convenient if you have a busy schedule and want a variety of good clean and healthy meals. As a powerlifter with a construction job it helps a lot to have these meals that I can make up before work in the morning and they also taste very good!

Probably some of the best food I have had in Sioux Falls which seems crazy. I really love the convenience mixed with the fresh ingredients. I don’t own a microwave, but I just heat the meals up in a separate pan in the oven and they are great. The price point is extremely fair for the quality and portions. I am really glad I found this place. The girl who helped me and showed me around, explained how their business works and how the macros are all listed was awesome! She was friendly and made me feel welcomed.

Love how balanced the macros are on the meals and how clean and simple the ingredient lists are. The meals taste great and are super easy to scan into my fitness tracking app which makes staying on track really convenient. Not to mention the price point is great for the high-quality, healthy food you’re getting.

When my childhood friend’s son was going through cancer treatment I bought them a Power Plate meals gift card remotely to help them with meals through stressful days. My friend went into Power Plate meals and the store employee quickly helped her pick out a selection of meals for her family. I was thankful to have this option to help them since I didn’t live local and thankful for the Power Plate meal team for making the process simple and fast for them.
