Man, I certainly dont like giving 1 star reviews, especially after how the first 2 times i chose to sit down at the restaurant went spectacularly well. Although today, it was just completely different; no, third time’s the charm spark at all. It was just completely different, barley any customer interaction, incorrect discount for coupon usage, and an extra surprise in todays drinks of choice. I used a coupon for 2 original chicken sandwiches and medium fries supposed to be $7.98 in total, not for each, yet i got charged for both the sandwiches and the fries separately, totaling more than I would of originally would pay for; i wanted to ask about the price, but after the lack of interaction or care to speak with me once I placed the order, I couldn’t ask about it. Also, after the surprise I got when I went to fill my drink and inform the workers there, they doubly clammed up and wouldn’t speak with me; the drink fountain, which i noticed hadn’t been cleaned in forever, has a colony of ants living within it, and the only way to notice, is if you start pouring the drinks. Each and every option in the fountain had ants just dropping out as it poured, I feel bad for those who wouldn’t notice and go about their day placing the lid on the drink and sip away( which is almost what I did) thankfully i choose no ice and went with sprite at first or i would not of noticed. They were black ants, and if you went with anything not light in color, you wouldn’t see them, which most options on the fountain are dark in color. Also, the fries were just mushy and unflavored, almost as if you were about to feed them to an infant.

Whoever was working the cashwrap at the drive thru today was full of attitude. I get there’s a line but instead of cutting us off from finishing our order and then proceeds to ignore us while trying to tell them we had two more things, please do your job. I know that adding things to the order afterwards is a pain (previously worked fast food) and I was trying to avoid that but they gave us no choice. I ordered 2 cini minis and there was no icing on either order. Im also pretty sure for the king Jr meals we get toy, and there was none in our box. Why would I want to oay extra if I don’t get what I paid for. Hold your people accountable. You don’t like your job? Go get a new one. When someone says thank you, don’t roll your eyes. Really disappointed in that lady.

The workers are rude. Yelling at customers because they had somewhat of a big order and then complained about making the order. They then lied to the customer and said their broiler broke so they couldn’t complete the order. This was just a few minutes ago, so this shift should definitely should not be working in fast food if they have no interest in doing their job.

Every time I come here they never say Hi or anything. They sound upset and never say thank you or at least “have a good day.” I order multiple things and they give me only 1 thing of bbq sauce or sometimes no sauce at all. Please treat men AND female service members equally and positively.

I went there today and they were very clean. I did see the guy on here that put a 1 on the rating being very rude to the employees and customers. He should never be allowed on post ever again. If there is a issue then take it up with management not tell all the others in the restaurant your opinion. You went there July 31st and today and you ate your whole meal so it must not have been that bad. This place has come from being a very bad restaurant to a good restaurant. No they are not perfect but neither are you. You seemed to eat all of the food so must have not been too bad.

Second time coming in and this restaurant is consistent! Second time I recieved a whopper and it looked as good as the commercial! Had no issues with ordering and everything was delicious. Whatever they’re doing here is working, keep it up! Couldn’t give 5 stars though because the men’s room sink wasn’t working (motion sensor). Definitely will come back!
