Placed a DoorDash order for a spider verse whopper meal with onion rings as well as 16 chicken nuggets with 4 honey mustard. Instead of telling me they didn’t have that they decided to give me a cheaper option. I received 18 chicken fingers, with 3 honey mustards, a regular whopper, fries instead and when I called and asked the person who answered didn’t at all seem to care. I was just trying to ask what happened or if I got someone else’s order and she just had an attitude the whole time on the phone. I would get it if they didn’t have these items and called me and let me know but no I was given a significantly cheaper meal. I’m beyond frustrated after that conversation.

Is so sad when you go to Burger King passing so many other food places and not to mention the hunger and crabbing you have for a Nice juicy whopper and go get a sloppy Joe whopper or go get the first food of the day (breakfast) and hoping to have a fresh & warm croissant sandwich. (And not to mention expensive for the poor quality food) So sad!!I would bring in the health Inspectors not only for this location but the intire region and every other food places in Ohio.

Got a delivery from door dash and I love Burger King it’s probably my favorite fast food and out of all the burger kings I’ve ate at this store has the best tasting food without a doubt the only thing I can really complain about is I didn’t get my milkshake but it’s door dash I don’t get a milkshake from anywhere with door dash I would love to shake the general managers hand cause they know what they’re doing good stuff Burger King!

So I’m not sure what’s going on with this place.they used to be on top of things.so the sign says open til 2 am I get in line and after a few min I beep and I say hello a few times. I finally pulled away along with 3 other cars. And I was sitting in the parking lot and 2 of the employees come out trash duty I assume. The guy starts telling me that they closed at 130 because there’s only 2 workers. Until that moment I was looking for somewhere else to go eat at.. it wasn’t until he approached me at my car that I decided to go ahead with this review. I asked why not say hey where are closed. Turn off the lights acknowledge the people in the line. He said they don’t have on any head phones because again they closed at 130. Which I got here at 134 and no one answered me….. and worker or not don’t approached a woman car at 2am.
