HORRIBLE SPOT !!! Server LEAH claimed it was soooo busy so say that’s why she hasn’t called my food out after 15 whole minutes of me just sitting here , meanwhile the cook is on his phone in front of everyone like he has nothing to do while my order still hasn’t been made . Customer service sucks and need more experience . If they are “busy “ do not go !!!!!!

The sausage gravy tasted off, metallic or something. But the rest of breakfast was stellar and my waitress offered me apple butter, which I didn’t know they had. Biggest change at WH since I can remember. I’ll always be back.

What a waste of time. Food was mediocre at best. Worse thing was the waffle…it was barely cooked. But the absolutely worse thing is the ridiculous prices of everything. Absolutely shocking. I would never go back to this one let alone ANY Waffle House in the future.

Last night My friends and I visited Waffle House and the power went out. The staff handled it so well. They finished cooking our food in the dark, gave us to-go containers, and urged us to drive safe in the rain. Kudos to the management and team at this particular WH!

Check your orders when ordering from here. I placed an order online and let’s just say I was very disappointed in what I found in my bag. My hash brown did not have gravy, as I paid and ordered.The steaks, sirloin, looked as if it was ripped apart to be enough for my order. When I asked if I could order/pay for 2 additional steaks the waitress seemed upset. She constantly walked back and forth past me after that. I had to tell another waitress that I was missing my gravy. This is exactly why I do not tip online.

Recently moved from the west coast and WH has quickly become a favorite for me. The staff is all generally friendly, but Ki stands out. Always service with a smile and really makes me feel welcome. This restaurant seems to be well run, food is always cooked properly and served promptly, this place has made me a regular.
