Food wa terrible…I order the family pack special 2 jr burg’s 2 chick sand 4 tacis 4 fries…food was handed to me with in 2-3 minutes..drive thru…got home 3 miles away…food was nasty…I like JITB. And never tasted it’s food this bad…..Mountain/4th

Worst JitB in area. Inside orders machines not working right, soda machine is always off. And good luck in getting help if you dine in, cooks just ignore you while the “manager” just sits in their office and won’t come out. I saw a guy trying to get a refill stand in front of the cash register and they just ignored him. Cooks seeing him stand there, said nothing or called no one. What a embarrassment of a place. Reply to Corp note they left. Multiple people have said this location has problems, and your answer is to have us contact you, instead of fixing the problem, the locations management. I get getting good staff is hard , but my understanding is managers get paid well, so hire a manager that cares and appreciates a good salary.

Considering there was only one young lady covering both the long driving line and the inside front counter the service was excellent. She had a very good attitude was very helpful and very attentive. Unfortunately the restaurant itself was a little bit dingy and dirty. It was obvious they have an issue with homeless as she had to chase someone out of the bathroom that had been in there a long time so that we could use it.
