This is crazy ! My sister and I JUST left the new Publix in Sylcauga, Al and decided to get takeout instead of cooking. Had to wait a minute in drive thru. She decided on Whopper Jr and Onion Rings. I ordered a Whopper Jr with cheese and Fries. First window payment (customer service friendly), Second window received our order (customer service friendly and did not have to wait). Quickly checked our order and got home safely to enjoy some Burger King. Food was awesome!

The lady that took our order was rude and so was the lady that handed us our food and we never got a receipt. That lady that gave us our food never said a word to us and she looked angry. I told her thank you multiple times and not even a smile or anything she just ignored it. I understand a bad day I used to work there but that was just unnecessary.
