This was a absolutely disgusting. When we first came in there was rap music blasting in the back. We had ordered only 3 root bear floats advertised to be in a glass mug. This was not the case when they arrived at the table. The atmosphere was so unsettling that we decided that it would be better in the car. This was very disappointing. Do NOT eat here.

I read the reviews before coming and I am very disappointed. I was looking forward to hearing the melodious rap music coming from the kitchen. I also expected someone to be rude to me and my bun to be burnt due to the toaster that only has one setting…BURNT. I wanted to celebrate my birthday by waiting all day for my food, but it was made and even carried to my table time in a reasonable time. I was expecting a Dick’s Last Resort experience but everyone was so nice. Do worse!

When walking in, we were instantly greeted with rap music blaring from the kitchen. The man who took our order was EXTREMELY rude and unwelcoming. All we ordered were 3 root beer floats. We came here to experience the frosted mugs that A&W is known for, and we got styrofoam to-go cups instead. When the man brought us our floats, we each said thank you and he rudely walked away and didn’t even acknowledge us. After sitting down for a few minutes, the music continued and got louder. We eventually took our floats and sat in our car to finish them because this atmosphere was terrible and unwelcoming. We didn’t come here to listen to loud rap music and get treated poorly. Would not recommend to anyone unless you want terrible service. Do better.

A great addition to the town! Definitely a bit of a wait for service, but nothing out of the ordinary for a new restaurant location. The food was hot and fresh and the few employees we interacted with were friendly and smiling. Definitely looking forward to when they have the indoor dining open to be able to get a frosted mug of root beer.

I will never go back there again. The customer service was horrible, the staff was rude. We walked in and one of the employees yelled at a lady employee that she had customers up front and her reply was So I am busy. Which upset the other employee because he had to take care of us. The fries were ice cold and I had to ask for fresh fries. Our Cheeseburgers were also cold and so dry that the cheese wouldn’t even stick to the burger. I watched another customer take her fries back up there and the male employee took the fries and put them back in the fry warmer and asked the other employee for cheese curds. I am so confused on why the employees were not in proper uniforms and how the place could be understaffed. There were 4 employees and the place only had 4 customers in the lobby. there was nobody in drive through. When we started out of the place my daughter made a comment that we should have went to Dave’s burgers across the street instead and your employee say bye have a good day with an attitude. My suggestion in the employees need to be retrained in customer service and food quality and how to properly dress for work or hire a whole new staff. Being in the fast food busy since I was 14 I would never be able to serve food to a customer that I would not eat. And since the pandemic putting food that a customer brings back is not to be put back to be resold it should have been thrown away.

If I could I would rate a 0.5 because the order displayed on the screen was half correct. One meal was accurate the 2nd was not. Informed her the side for the 2nd was not and she “fixed” it but did NOT. Food came out and I immediately said that’s not right and she’s like oh you changed it. No YOU failed to take the order correctly even after me telling you the mistake and you claimed you fixed it but did not THEN didn’t bring the float to the table I had to ASK for it to be brought. Horrible service! The ONLY thing good here is the root beer that’s it. Should have went to David’s burger across the street. For this being one of the oldest food chains out there the service is very lacking! Horrible experience and WILL NOT be back unless you can hire staff that does their job correctly! This was a dine in service! Save your money and go somewhere else unless you want a wrong meal or the cashier to argue with you! Cashier’s did not have her name tag on otherwise I would have posted it also!

This was the Nastiest place I have ever seen and the drive thru looks like some scary Getto hood place with trash and old rugs and mop pieces laying right before you get to the window. I ordered a cone and there was literally maybe 2 bites of ice cream in the cone for $2. The root beer was funny tasting and I love A&W. So all and all I will never be able to go there again because it’s just not a good place. Just the one in Hot Springs.

We stopped here on a trip from Louisiana. We were not happy at all. The food was not good. The rootbeer floats (which is why we went) were alright but not as good as would be expected from a place thats famous for them. The worst part was cleanliness the seats looked like they havent been clean or even wiped down in a while and on one of them it looked like someone sneezed all over it and left it. Wont return next time we come to town.

This isn’t a fine dining restaurant, but I will give it 5 stars for being a nice, eat-in, fast food restaurant for families. The workers were very nice, our order was correct, and the food was good. The decor is lively and welcoming.
