We greeted I said good morning to him and he said not really. I’ve been here since five in the morning. Is that why he has that attitude he did not get enough sleep ?
They do not accept EBT.
First off, the two employees on duty seemed more focused on closing up than helping customers. Everything appeared to be put away already, which gave a very poor first impression. It felt like they were trying to wrap things up as quickly as possible instead of providing good service.
Secondly, I understand that fast food prices are rising, but customer service should not suffer as a result. The staff’s attitude was lacking, and it seemed like they had no interest in making our experience pleasant.
To top it off, we were informed that there was no bacon available. Given the high prices, I expected better options. The avocado was a meager amount for $2.50 per sandwich, and it felt like they were cutting corners rather than providing quality food.
This will be my last visit to Subway. I’d rather go to McDonald’s and pay the same amount for better service. Customer service is paramount, and I’d gladly pay more for a friendly experience. If management wants more details, I still have the receipt.
I only go here once in awhile, mainly after I forget how terrible my last sandwich from subway was…so once a year to once every 2 years. It’s not that hard to be nice and make a decent sandwich when everything is right there in front of you! The sandwich was very unevenly made and there was hardly any chicken. My sandwich also took 3 people to eat one half of it…it was that bad.
May this review reach to Whomever that manages at this subway. Anyways I came in and was properly acknowledged and greet by Harold. He was also great at informing customers if it will be a long wait. However the bigger gentleman that works with him needs to be properly RE TRAINED. He’s sweating from his head yet he’s not wearing his hat. He doesn’t have a name tag and when asking how many sandwiches am I ordering. I answered 4 and apparently that was too much for him to handle because he looked shocked and immediately became frustrated. If I didn’t have my hungry son with me I would’ve walked out of there and not even spend one penny at this subway because If 4 simple sandwiches with barely any veggies were too much for you to handle then maybe you should go work somewhere else. I used to manage 2 extremely busy subway locations. One in a mall and one in a state college and let me tell you my 4 sandwiches plus the 2 customers behind me today can’t even compared to the places I’ve managed. With workers like him. This business will surely loose money.
