The food we ordered was pretty good once we got it. When I walked in several of the employees were goofing off. I stod there several minutes before anyone came to take my order. I went back to get our free mini cone and no one came to the counter. I stood there 10 to 15 minutes and then left. Not happy at all.

I was in the sylacauga store at 7:25 Friday November 22,2025 I ordered the double chee a e burger meal with no pickles,I waited about 5 minutes and the man in grill took a burger that was already in the bin to go out to someone the grill person pixs up one and takes the pickles off granted no pickles he took the pickles off ,I ordered no pickles and thank the lord I am.not perfect but all could taste was pickles uncalled for c all.i could . I ordered via Door Dash and had my driver ask for 2 ranch & 2 zesty sauces since there was no where on the door dash site to order condiments. The employee told my driver she would give me the 2 ranch but not the zesty sauce because i didn’t order it. There was NO option to order it! I had 2 large orders of jalapeño poppers and a large order of cheesy tots so I wasnt asking for an excessive amount in the first place. I would have gladly ordered and paid for the sauces had there been an option to do so, but there’s not. I suggest updating your door dash menu if you expect people to order condiments, otherwise, don’t accuse your paying guests as not ordering something that they had no way of ordering. Terrible customer service!
