Drive thru was quick and easy. I had a delicious bagel breakfast sandwich. The coffee was only ok. Coffee in general does not seem consistently good, across all Panera locations. But I’m a regular due to their breakfast food.

I ordered the Cream of Chicken Wild Rice soup I was asked to pull around front and wait… for this broth with one slither of a chicken and a couple pieces of wild rice (it even smells weird I won’t be eating it). I’m soooo upset that I paid almost $16 for my meal which was horrible. Don’t waste your money. The owner has to know this is not okay.

I don’t know what’s going on with this panera. They don’t have lemon for water. No croutons or any customer service. Look at the exaggeration on the cilantro. We just asked to make sure there’s cilantro and this is what we got.

The last 5 times I have been in this store have been disappointing. I’m pretty sure there is little to no training. The people are so slow and haven’t been trained to think how to be effective and listen to the customers’ needs.

Food is usually good but when going through drive through, order is often wrong. Revised. It took them 10 minutes tonight to realize that they did not have the items for my order. After I paid. They asked if I’d like to substitute I did and asked for some Veges to go on the sandwich. Manager comes and tells me they have to charge for the Veges. Waited about 7 minutes, order handed to me and I left. It is hot or miss at this store. So unprofessional and untrained staff.

We ordered salads and loved them. My husband ordered a featured sandwich that looked good and was but wasn’t enough of a meal for him and he ended up eating again when we returned home. It was nice that regular sized cups were given to us for water instead of the tiny ones. I appreciated that very much.
