Leeanna catered lunch for all of us teachers, and she truly went above and beyond to make us feel appreciated. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and absolutely delicious. I was lucky enough to win a drawing for catered food for up to 10 people, and I couldn’t have been happier to share it with my coworkers and myself. It was such a treat for our whole team. I would highly recommend catering through Leeanna, she made the experience special from start to finish!

This is the worst Panera! I have been twice in the past two weeks and each time my order has been wrong. I just ordered the grilled chicken avocado BLT but there was no avocado and also no price adjustment either. I asked for a side of chips and received another piece of bread! This place is expensive for what it is and is sure aggravating when the order is incorrect. If I ever decide to try here for the 3rd time like a lunatic, I will sit in the drive thru and open each sandwich to make sure all the toppings are there. This place needs to do better!!

This Panera location has become one of my go-to spots! The staff here are always friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. Sometimes the hours can be a little unusual due to staffing, but honestly, the good service and tasty food more than make up for it.
Favorites worth calling out: the Cranberry Orange Cake Slice, the Kitchen Sink Cookie, and especially the Cinnamon Crunch Bagel. Pair any of those with their refreshing fruity teas, seasonal drinks, or a solid coffee, and you’ve got a perfect combo.
All in all, it’s a great Panera with a positive vibe. Definitely recommend this spot!

I had gotten dinner and was working on my laptop. I wanted to get a coffee, and asked the cashier if they had ceramic mugs still. The young man (who seemed new, but helpful) looked at the on duty manager (Landon), who looked under the counter and said “no.” I was handed a paper cup for my $2.69. As I walked past the counter after getting my coffee, I noticed a tray of mugs under the counter. I asked to speak to the manager, and advised the young man that although you close in a little over an hour, lying to a customer because you don’t want to wash a mug is unacceptable.
Food was good, but young man needs a lesson in customer service. Not a good look, Panera.

My daughter and I ordered the Green Goddess Cobb salad and this is what we got. There was a whole boiled egg, no chicken, no onions and a couple of tomatoes on the bottom. And I didn’t get my cookies. I will say I called as soon as I got home and they told me that they would replace the whole order and they did
