I go to subway for lunch all the time. Today a hard nut got mixed in with my sub and I broke a tooth because of it. This location refused to refund me because I had no receipt. After work, I dug through a garbage can and drive back to the subway with the receipt I’m hand. The guy avoids me and leaves me standing at the counter for 5 min. Then he refuses to still issue a refund. They claim its policy that I need to return the receipt and the sub ?!? The guy was composure unprofessional both calls. He acted like I was just trying to get something free. No. I now have to go to the dentist because of your stores negligence so ya at the very least give me my money back. Oh and the same guy refused to let me soak to a manager. He lied and said he’s a manager and then told me on the 2nd call that he’s not.

The poor guy in front of me was ordering a meatball sandwich while two of the ladies working had a discussion about hating the meatballs. They continued to have this discussion. The only employee not talking about hating it was Loretha (not sure how to spell it) who was doing an amazing job making my sandwich. Then I wanted a large cup and there was only one random one on the counter. One of the rude ladies questioned me when I asked if there was another cup. Then I decided I didn’t need a drink and Loretha stepped in and she asked me if she could get me a fresh cup. Most of the staff on shift today needs to take lessons from Loretha on good customer service.

The shorter blonde lady always has an attitude (she was on duty tonight 7/28/23 at 8pm), and saying stuff that should not be said in front of customers. She literally whines and complains about my sandwiches every single time we order them. If you hate your job that much why work here? She literally whines about the meatballs, whines about the extra cheese and extra meat the whole time she makes the sandwich. Like seriously? She thinks I can’t hear her but I can hear everything she’s saying. I used to be a manager at subway and this would never fly if Tony saw this behavior.

Michelle and Heaven did an amazing job of going above and beyond helping customers. They were packed with people and still able to maintain high quality service. They maintained a clean store by cleaning as they went. Their hygiene was amazing as well no skipping a beat of washing hands and surfaces constantly. The way they tag teamed and communicated should be the standard that all stores should run. I commend them for a job well done and think they both deserve some kind of reward. Either a raise or a paid vacation because anything should be done to keep those 2 happy.

Kristin and Greg were absolutely awesome today. I HOPE IM SPELLING NAMES RIGHT However Kristin thank you for allowing me to have a personable experience at Subway as I once did as a child rather than processing me through the Subway App. I enjoy interacting with my sandwich technician at Subway and the fact that Kristin cared to give me exactly what i was wanting in asandwich was grand.
