My kids love the playground inside here. Anytime I ask the kids if they want burger King and they say yes I know it’s going to be awhile. No matter what my kids alway want to get out the car and play in the little playground they have for kids. It’s never to packed. It’s always clean. Plus it’s a good way to wear the kids out all while being comfortable yourself.

Just went to the drive thru of the Fultondale, AL Burger King and at first we thought they were closed because of the employees playing in the parking lot. Pulled in to order and was greeted with “hold please”. I aired and waited finally got some conversation in the background of playing employees. Started the order finally and was told that to order the Bacon King they will need to cook the bacon and that takes about 30 minutes. The lady at the speaker started taking my order, then said hold on a minute and disappeared. I was sitting there waiting for ten minutes. I finally pulled up to the window and the girl there had no idea I had been waiting at the speaker. She took my order and gave me my food. When I got home, I realized they got my order wrong.

It takes entirely too long to order in. The staff is so busy they don’t have time to maintain the lobby. If you order a small fry in the drive through, they will make you pull up to wait with the rest.

Wife and I visited this place this afternoon looking to get a deal on a meal but got fooled. They have this $5.00 meal plus tax. If you order 2 of those $5.00 meals plus tax the cost should come somewhere in the amount of $11.00 no more. The girl charged me $12.74 way over what it should have been. If the owner of this Burger King does business in this fashion or lets his workers cheat their customers in this way they won’t close their doors on account of us not eating there again I assure you we won’t return. I’m calling the head office on this tomorrow.
